Imagine it’s 1956, and the Tasty Freeze is serving soft serve swirls on a hot summer day. That is this place, retro and fun. This place is closing for the Summer – mid Septembe, but there us a 2nd authentic Frosty from the 50’s in town.

Overall: 4.50. Historical landmark with original signage, family-owned treasure. Yummy frozen treats including soft serve ice cream, shakes, malts, burgers/fries & much more. Patio area to chill out. Hangout for vintage car owners & enthusiasts. Love the trip down memory lane! Note: Seasonal opening/closing& hours—check if open based on time of year.

We first discovered this place when we showed up for an adoption fair that Wild Blue Cats held here one weekend. Came back to try their food. We love the battered fries and milkshakes the most. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced. Definitely will be back.

Always a classic and always good at a great price. There’s plenty of options to pick, from cones to sundaes to shakes and much more, plus dips like chocolate or sprinkles for your cone. My chocolate vanilla ice cream twist come with crunch topping was so yummy and melted all over my hands

This place is amazing. It is my favorite restaurant to go to even though it’s temporarily closed still amazing 100% you should go here ice cream is the best ice cream I ever had, and that’s really saying something because I went to at least 15 ice cream places in my life maybe even more love the place you should come here. A lot better than BJ’s valet freeze.

We absolutely love the Tasty Freeze. The food is so good. You never know what to expect at a little ice cream place for food, but every time we have gone it is next level delish! Yesterday we went for the Car Show and Concert benefit day, and the entire family had a blast. It was like going back in time with all the old cars and cool music. Highly recommend. I would give 10 stars if I could. The owners are wonderful people. Support this local business when you can.

The chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate is absolutely to die for!! My son enjoyed vanilla with sprinkles and the coffee with heath bar flurry was so delicious! We love coming here .

A classic drive up diner where you eat outside. The food was very tasty. It was pricy as we had 3 hamburger meal deals and our bill was $45.
