On October 19, 1988 Chris and Toni Allison opened their first ROMA™ restaurant when they purchased the original Santeramo’s Pizza House Restaurant on 8th Ave. and 16th St.. That first year Toni was teaching in Thornton, CO and split her time between Greeley and their home in Broomfield, teaching during the week and working at the restaurant on the weekends.

Needed my pastafarian fix so I stopped in for lasagna.
First try it was cold in the center. Second delivery was much better.
Taste was good but the meat was sliced mild sausage which was not that tasty.
Overall experience was pizza shop average. The server, Courtney if I remember correctly, was excellent.

We came to Roma’s after late church on Sunday and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch, attentive without being overbearing. The Bazooka beers were fun and ice cold, the Hot House pizza was packed with flavor, the spaghetti hit the comfort-food spot, and the Margarita Caroli was perfectly balanced. Great food, great drinks, great service. We’ll definitely be back!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Ervin at Roma Italian Restaurant. He is an amazing chef and you can truly taste the passion he puts into his food. The pizza he makes is hands down the best I’ve had — perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and incredible flavor in every bite.
If you’re going to Roma, make sure you try one of Ervin’s pizzas. You won’t regret it! Highly recommend!

This family friendly Italian restaurant is a hidden gem that we make the trip to Windsor for. Food is fresh, well prepared and with generous portions. Atmosphere is relaxed, clean and welcoming and service is prompt and friendly. The meatballs are fantastic, the veggie lasagna delicious, pizzas tasty, salads crisp with plenty of toppings and the garlic bread is AMAZING!

Ordered through their website that went to grub hub. Paid for meal and did not receive the 40% off Thursday special. When I asked at the restaurant they said sorry it doesn’t apply when ordering through GrubHub. Why would I pickup food if I ordered through GrubHub?? Disappointed that they didn’t honor special .
