We had beautiful table by the piano and Dave was exceptional on the keys providing an easy-listening ambiance to our dinner date. Our server, Mike, was friendly, warm and helpful. The food and cocktails were exceptional. Great spot for a date night, right by the river. The hostess Cami was very helpful when I called and asked about a table. All around a great experience, would definitely go back.

The shrimp and grits was the best I have ever had. From OBX to Florida this takes the gold medal. Creamy Gouda grits, a lightly smoked sausage with large perfectly cooked shrimp.

My wife and I decided to have some dinner here for the first time and we’re pretty happy with it. I actually give this place a 4.5 rating but Google won’t let me.
The aesthetic was nice and the black and white color went well with the brick walls. It was pretty full so lots of people talking, which wasn’t bad but it was loud.
Our waitress was nice and attentive. We ordered an appetizer and it never came unfortunately. Both waitress and shift manager or manager were very apologetic and offered to take the dish off the bill.
We reserved a table for 645pm and were seated right away. We ordered a couple special alcoholic drinks, hers being a Strawberry Rhuby and mine being Run Punch. The strawberry drink was pretty good and the Rum Punch was ok, to much pineapple juice and not enough peach flavor.
My wife ordered the filet mignon which came with asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes. I ordered the 4 cheese parmesan ravioli with some grilled chicken.
Her filet was cooked to exactly what she asked for. The steak was seasoned well and tasted buttery which was nice. I give the steak 5 stars. The asparagus tasted good but the loaded mashed potatoes were not good. They had a weird taste to them.
My ravioli was delicious. I rate this dish 5 stars. The sauce had good parmesan taste and was creamy. The ravioli had good filling, the chicken was bland but that was ok because you could use the sauce for flavor so I was not upset. I highly recommend this dish.
To end the evening here, we ordered a crème brûlée. The custard was cooked well and tasted well, only downside was the sugar topping. As you can see, one side was completely burnt! The top was a little over torched but wasn’t terrible and still tasted good.
Over all, due to the filet, it was pricey, but fairly delicious. I do recommend going here and even though the appetizer did not come out, the entrees made up for it.

Great lunch experience at Vic’s River Grill today. The host seated me immediately, Tiffany, my server, gave me just the right amount of attention, and the manager checked by several times. My chopped fried chicken salad was huge and was served with a fresh, tasty green goddess dressing. For dessert, the decadent chocolate mousse was superb, and was large enough that I couldn’t even eat half. I will definitely return to this Savannah gem.

Can’t go wrong with this establishment. Decided to try it Sunday evening. Sat at an outdoor table with river views. Our server Collin was excellent. Price points are excellent. I had the special of filet topped with crab meat and beàrnais. Excellent. Partner is a healthey eater and had the goat cheese and strawberry salad.
We ended up going again the next night. Had the catfish entre. Collin again was our server. Ask for him. He’s a delight.
Next trip to Savanah we’ll definitely make a bee line to Vics.

We got in town about 4am and needed some rest before hitting the town. 12:30 lunch and this was the spot we picked. Smash burger and shrimp and lobster tacos. They so good. The bar tender who was our server was awesome. We would eat here again for sure.

We had the fried green tomatoes and French Onion soup to start. My husband ordered the seafood taco special and I ordered the hamburger. The appetizers were phenomenal, my husband said the taco special was better than anything he has had in a long time. I was so full, I took my dinner to go. Planning on coming back tomorrow. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional.
