My husband and daughter went into the store this morning while I waited in the car with our infant for 40 MINUTES, for absolutely nothing. I’m talking, at no point was my husband addressed, acknowledged, not a single person made eye contact with him for 40 MINUTES, NOTHING. He ordered on a kiosk and waited, and waited, and waited. The employees were seemingly only taking and preparing orders for the drive through.
After 40 minutes of waiting, a new employee came and clocked in and he heard the other employees tell her that they were no longer making food. He had already placed an order for food and again, no one said a single thing to him. He informed the woman who had just clocked in that he wanted his money back and he left. He was not the only customer to experience this. He did not get an apology for the wait, the rudeness, or anything. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Not trying to be that guy, but if your espresso machine is “having a small fire” and goes in an out for the last, month? You should be taking better care of your store or replacing these items? One of the workers told us tonight that we weren’t allowed to put coffee milk in our iced coffee because that coffee only goes in lattes? lol please

I typically give businesses multiple chances before leaving a negative review, but today my husband and I were very disappointed. We drove in from Fort Drum, and my husband had to go through the drive-through twice due to a missing sandwich. Before leaving, he specifically confirmed with the employee that the hash browns were included in the bag, yet they were not.
Our order was simple, we remained patient throughout the process, and yet we arrived home to find that we had paid for food we did not receive. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Customers should not have to return a third time to correct issues that should have been handled properly the first time. The repeated lack of order accuracy and attention to customer service is extremely disappointing.

I really really want to like this Dunkin. I have tried to be loyal. But today for the third time in a row, I ordered hot chocolate and was given plain coffee. Last time they handed me the wrong drink, so it’s on me that I drove away, but today it has the correct label on the cup that says “hot chocolate” and yet it’s filled with just plain coffee. THIRD TIME. I’m so disappointed.
Also my sandwich had cheese on it, despite ordering no cheese, confirming no cheese, and the label on the bag stating “no cheese”.
I guess reading is hard and caring is harder…so I had to come leave a review because idk how else we’re gonna get this place to change. I’m so annoyed I gave them my money twice this week and yet have not had ANY hot chocolate

I am currently in thr process of filing a formal complaint with Corporate regarding the Evans Mills Dunkin Donuts. My daughter went through the drive through and was told she could not order food and that this happens alot. So, I called the Evans Mills Dunkin and requested to speak to a manager. First I was told I was speaking to “Mark”, who was a manager. I asked ” Mark” why my daughter was not able to order food at this location. “Mark” didn’t have an answer and placed me on hold. Then “Michelle” was on the phone, who proceeded to tell me, that Mark was a manager in training and asked how she could help me. So I asked again why my daughter was not able to order food? “Michelle proceeded to tell me how the systems were down and apologized. So, I asked “Michelle” if the systems were down then how was my daughter able to order coffee then? “Michelle”,didnt have an answer for that question, so I was put back on hold. Then “Jasmine”, the store manager, was on the phone. Who told me how people were ordering food all day there. So, I explained that my daughter was told she wasnt able to order any food. She asked me to hold, and came back to tell me the systems were down. I again asked well if the systems were down, then how was she able to get coffee, yet again, no one had an answer to that!! “Jasmine” then took my name and number, refused to give me a Corporate phone number (no worries I looked it up) and hing up the phone on me mid conversation. If people do not want to do the nobs they are payed foe maybe they should not be working at this location. I seriously hope the owner sees this review, as they are loosing business and money thansn to the staff they are trusting to tun this location. This si not the first time my daughter was rold she couldn’t irder something at this Dunkin, it happens ALOT!! If I do not reach someone today or here back from someone by the end of the week, I will be contacting the HR Department, and will continue to call Corporate until I find someone who can help me to contact the owner (in anyway shape or form) of this franchise to make sure they are well aware of whats going on at this location. I dont know a business owner out there who would be happy to find out they are loosing money as there employees just dont care to do their jobs!! Or the fact of how rude and disrespectful their staff are to customers.

I just honestly so tired of my food being messed up (made wrong or just straight up missing) it happened again today. After a long wait in drive thru because either corporate or the franchise owner refuses to staff appropriately, I was missing hash brown bites. I had to then wait again in store while the old woman (who is slow and has bad lipstick) who runs the front counter chit chatted with every person in front of me. Now yes I’ll admit I was a bit abrasive because I again am missing food but she couldn’t even muster a “sorry we missed food” or “sorry about that let me get it for you” she just made excuses about how the receipt printed poorly. How is that my fault as a paying customer? Sounds like the manager needs to make sure their machines are in working order. Needless to say we won’t be back again because this is a cycle with this store. I will say the lady taking payment and handing out food at the window is always very polite and pleasant.

Good and drinks are fine when they make them, but they consistently turn off food options for mobile ordering so you can only order at the window. I’ve been in the area for 8 months and have only been able to mobile order food 2-3 times. If you ask them why the food option is turned off for the app they will say they “don’t know that it’s off” which is a blatant mistruth. This is probably why it takes 30+ minutes to get served during their long drive thrus in the early mornings, because everyone has to compete their order at the window as opposed to ordering ahead.
They also consistently fail to make enough donuts for the day often being sold out by 9am and quite often don’t make more for later in the day. Having been around people who have worked at Dunkin’s and even managed Dunkin’s this is not acceptable or the standard.
They also quite often don’t have donuts at all, saying things like “our donut person didn’t come in last night.” Dunkin managers and shift leaders are expected to know how to make donuts and fill in when these occasions happen and there is a standard that all standard build donuts have to be available at all times.
This location consistently fails to uphold the Dunkin corporate standard.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience should be mentioned. On Christmas Eve, while sick with the flu, I placed a mobile order that was confirmed in the app and charged to my card. Despite this, I was repeatedly questioned about whether I placed the order at the correct location and whether I placed it at all, in a tone that felt dismissive and condescending. After being told multiple times that my order “wasn’t there,” it turned out it had been sitting on the pickup rack the entire time.
The employee with the short bob haircut was consistently rude and sarcastic throughout the interaction, including a mocking “Merry Christmas” when handing me my order. I chose not to argue and left, only to realize my order was incorrect. When I returned, I was told the item was out of stock, information that should have been communicated when my order was first handed to me so I wouldn’t have had to come back while sick.
I understand that mistakes and shortages happen, especially on holidays. However, the complete lack of courtesy, accountability, and professionalism particularly from the employee mentioned made this experience unnecessarily frustrating and a good reminder why I dont go to that location.

I go to this Dunkin way too much, and they’re always so nice to me and my husband. They’re the fastest DD I’ve ever been through, even during morning rush. Everyone is always welcoming and polite, our orders are always correct, and food is always good. Never had a bad experience here. Thank you!
