$30 for 2 bowls of soup and 2 HALF sandwiches and 1 small drink. Customer service was lacking as I was confused by the menu and barely helped. The electronic buzzer went off to indicate that my food was ready but when I went to the window to get my food I was told that they were still waiting on a sandwich. Both soups like warm. My tomato soup was too acidic to eat and covered in stale croutons, my daughter’s grilled cheese sandwich was barely a cheese sandwich. We

Met with friends for lunch. The facility was quiet even tho there were other dinners in there. Food was ready quickly. They did mistakenly give me a wedge of bread instead of the chips but they quickly rectified that. The Mac & Cheese was so good, creamy. And paring that with a sandwich was the perfect size for lunch.

Ordered this as we were driving back home to Colorado, placed an order for a soup, salad, and two sandwiches- and it was ready in less than 15 minutes! Walked in, super easy to grab my food, and head out on our way back home. Definitely would come here again, the lobby was clean, friendly staff, and clean bathrooms.

For a picnic with my oldest son, I ordered online for drive-thru pickup. Right after getting our lunch, I caught a whiff of something as I began to drive off… it smelled like…FOOD!
I thought, “Wow. That’s not the typical aroma that wafts out of most drive-thru windows: that of deep fat fryers.”
I’ve eaten at Panera Bread before, but hadn’t yet had the kind of experience that so clearly and memorably delineates Panera from virtually every other eatery with a drive-thru.
I’ll definitely be back!

Got breakfast there like 15 minutes ago. Service was a little rude but nothing crazy. The food was awful in a super confusing way. My bagel was like sopping wet (I assume from egg) and the avocado was somehow both hard and brown. Only giving 2 stars out of respect for green goddess salad dressing tbh.

Tried walking in at 6pm on a Sunday. Hours posted on the door said open til 8pm. Doors were locked. Called and they said they close the lobby at 2 but drive thru was open. Too late we had already moved on. Maybe post a sign on the door or update you hours to show this.

Do NOT order the baguettes !!! My husband thought it looked good and in the picture you can see what he got. The cheese on there is ALL that was on the sandwich. The pepperoni was hard . The bread was hard as a rock and he chipped a tooth on it !!!!
We took it back and got something different but the damage was already done.

I ordered salad. Old wilted lettuce. Chunk of the core in the salad. Wilted slimy greens. The turkey looked thrown onto one side. I was already too far away to go back when I opened the salad. The piece of bread was just tossed into the paper bag. The look I got when I corrected the drive thru person about my drink order should have been a give away of the quality of the food. I will go to what-a-burger next time I’m in the area.

Sandwich was a heel and burned on one side while undercooked on the other side, and it appeared to be reheated in a microwave. I am canceling my sip membership because the quality of the food at Panera has gone downhill.
