At the end for when we were going to pay for our food, this man in the picture got mad. Didnt ask us if we wanted a drink, chips or cookies, he was just straight up giving us attitude and then my boyfriend said “whats going on” and he said “bad day im just tweaking out. You guys arent talking loud enough and i cant hear you” well if that was the case, he couldve asked us to speak up when we were building the sandwich. Then he aggressively gave us our food with our receipts after we had paid. Very bad customer service. If youre going to act like that, you shouldnt be working for customer service if you cant act professional.

I used the app to order pick up.
1st: The app would not let me sign in so I had to check out as a guest resulting in not getting any reward points.
2nd: We didn’t get all the fixings on our sandwiches. Husband ordered meatball sub with gr. pepper, onion, jalapeños and dint get any of those. I didn’t get my spinach. Of course you don’t know this until you get home and sit down to eat! To top it off, they didn’t see that we ordered a box of cookies to. Excuse was the receipt folds over so they can’t see everything that’s on it! BS that’s called not doing your job!

Good place for an on-the-go meal. Strongly urge to look online for coupons and specials before ordering. Knock on wood, we have always had good luck with this Subway. The place is clean, the sandwiches are good and they seem to want to get your order right. Unlike some of the other Subways in the area.

Ordered online. At 6:30pm. Arrived at the store at 6:35pm. Entered and told the staff I was parked outside and would wait for my food to be placed on the online order shelf so I could pick it up. Went back to my car to wait (front row facing restaurant so I could see inside). The lady proceeded to sweep the entire restaurant floor instead of preparing my meal. I thought to myself, “Umm okay…?” When a customer pulled up she promptly helped them and they walked out with their food. Then after they finally began preparing my food. I waited and waited for them to finish my food and place it on the online order shelf. After two more families entered and walked out with their food, I walked back in and was asked what was going on. They didn’t even finish my order. Then proceeded to say it was because they only had 3/4 of the cookies I ordered. Like hello? I’m parked right outside facing the restaurant. You could have waved for me to enter and asked what options I wanted in regards to the missing cookies. Instead they let my food sit for 40 minutes. I instructed the staff that my online order literally included my phone number for questions about my order for this particular reason. I got the fakest apology one could recieve. Don’t be sorry, just don’t let it happen again. Literally would have been faster to go to the Baldwin or Hudson Subway. I ended up microwaving our toasted subs when we got home. What an absolute shame. Keep in mind 3 customers in 40 minutes is definitely not “busy”. Wish I could have canceled my order from my vehicle and driven to McDonald’s or somewhere else instead.

We ordered online and they messed up two sandwiches. When we called the woman on the phone reluctantly agreed to remaking the sandwiches but we barely said sorry. Won’t go back.
