I went drive thrugh. My order was wrong. All my food was not in the bag. I went inside to get it corrected.I was completely disgusted as I watched the young man make another Whopper for me. The meat was on the bun. He loaded other items with no gloves. He stopped, pulled cell phone out of his pocket, checked it, put it back, then continued to make the sandwich. Filthy!! Disgusted, I left determined never to go back. Management this is extremely poor training and poor monitoring!!!

Last night put up in the line to order food the first window where you pay the girl asked us to wait here for a minute and we did we thought maybe the second window wasn’t opening because it was a slide window then after a minute to passed, she requested for us to move on to the second window the girl opens the window do not greet us no smile don’t open her mouth just reach for the money didn’t have the order right left out the onion rings didn’t say sorry I asked for tartar sauce for the fish sandwich she handed me tartar sauce open in a french fry container not covered with Saran wrap or anything or in a bag hand it out to me it made us Wonder why would you not open your mouth and communicate in your customer service you’re at a window why you do you not have enough manners for the company to greet the people with a smile and acknowledge that you care that we’re here instead of just Wow!! Lining colors that is “SADD”!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS Please train employee and watch over them, giving your company and location bad quality name

I guess they didn’t take my order serious and gave me what they wanted to. I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes still got them. No fries with two of my meals everything cold . 4 boxes of mozzarella sticks no straws and just ugh! So I’m good with ordering from them again

Seems to be poorly managed. We stopped at a drive-through during a road trip and ordered a Whopper, a fish sandwich, and tenders. The whopper was okay, but not warm or hot; the fish sandwich had complex (hard) pieces throughout. The zesty sauce tasted weird, almost like it had expired. The fries and onion rings were hot. They were out of all drinks except for Dr. Pepper and Strawberry Fanta, and could only provide me with a coffee stirrer. We had to go next door to McDonald’s to get a regular plastic drinking straw. The drive-thru was dirty, as if daily cleaning was being neglected. I can’t believe we went through with our order.

I went to this location around 9:20 am today when I tell you this was the worse experience from any Burger King in my life. I wanted the fully loaded croissant meal with a cup of fresh coffee instead my coffee was like cold water hash browns literally cold and a old sandwich which had hair in it when I got to the window I asked for the pink packet sugar because I’m diabetic they didn’t have it nor the blue I had to ask for all condiments Anna she was mad I was asking and no NAPKINS at all she said the mgr had an attitude and she tilts me it would take 7 minutes to cook the eggs

Poor training on the breakfast staff, eggnormus burrito was mostly shell, they hardly put anything in it. Definitely not what I would call “normous” anything. Had to go back through for more items to get a satisfactory breakfast.

I use the location in 5points west and I was also sent some really good coupons in the mail. I probably would not have went to burger King but the coupons brought me there. And the food will keep me there. The food my whopper was very very fresh. It was hot the onion rings were amazing and the sprite was even better. Burger King has fast service with plenty of napkins n onion ring dip. Friendly service they are the best in my book. Thanks again for the service.
