Usually enjoy coming here as one of my Go-To’s,
However it was obvious today tha the Broccoli Cheddar soup was watered down, All 3 of us who ordered it noticed.
Also the person after us, was told they ran out. Working in the restaurant industry in the past for many years, I know sometimes restaurants do this to stretch out the soup to fill orders, but it’s not a good practice. I’d rather be given a choice to pick an alternative.
This location almost always has dirty tables compared to other locations in various California cities.
Not sure what they did to the Chicken avocado melt, but it is also very salty now – I don’t know if it’s the new bread or what. I myself like salty foods but it’s a bit much even for me, however my daughter does not like a salty sandwich, and she pointed out what I noticed last time as well.
$50.45 for 1 bowl & 2 Cups of Watery soup, & (2) 1/2 Sandwiches that are salty with 1 Drink is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Arrived today and Lilliana from drive through was so rude. She was yelling at us to “tap the screen” come to find out it was an issue on their end because as soon as I insert my card like I planned to do in the first place it worked. She was informed that she didn’t need to yell. I won’t be returning to this location.

I eat here pretty often. I’ve never had an issue with the order being wrong. The tables do get dirty, but there’s always a lot of people in there. I’m glad we have at least one panera bread in Stockton. Would love a second!

Wow what a way to start the new year we order our meal were sitting by the chimney and wow it don’t work for years the lady said.. The frogatga sandwich wasn’t made properly and there was dirty smell inside this place hasn’t been sanitize or maintenance in months horrible smell.. My chicken noodle bread bowl had a small portion this place sucks and hopes gets shut down and no box to go what a joke!

What can I say but delicious. My family loves Panera. This location stays busy. Service is quick & friendly. Menu always evolving. So many selections to satisfy your taste. Order in App, Self Service Kiosk, Counter, Drive-Thru, Drive Up, Dine-In, Carry-Out, Catering. Panera takes service, performance, quality of products to the top. Some of my favs are bagels, sandwiches, salads. Breakfast sandwich was delicious.

I placed an online to-go order this morning at 10 AM and picked it up through the drive-thru. I ordered six souffles, three cheese and three spinach, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive two of the spinach souffles. I also had a lot of other items in my bag, so I initially thought everything was there. When I called the store, the staff mentioned that the manager would get back to me once things slowed down, but I haven’t received a callback yet. I’m hoping for a refund for the missing souffles.

Panera used to have a much better menu 5 years ago. After being there for so long, I began noticing prices increasing and food quality go way down. I do not recommend wasting your money on this “food”… almost a guarantee that your order will be wrong after a long wait or someone in your company won’t like something. Where do I start….. The lack of attention to food prep and “rapid pickup” I ordered a Salad for pick up through the app and this isn’t the first time this is about the 3rd time now and the same salad each time it’s supposed to come with chicken and now for the 3rd time it’s missing chicken it’s not the biggest deal ever but for the 3rd time now it’s getting ridiculous and as for the so called “rapid pickup” it almost seems as though it would be faster to just walk in and order the food because any time I go through the drive thru for pickup and I get to the window I at least have to wait 5 minutes there before anyone hands me my food at this point McDonald’s service might even be better.
