Warm Italian restaurant boasting pastas & pizza, plus beer & wine, in an intimate space.

The food and the service have been excellent every time we have eaten here. I had the chicken cacciatore last night, and my wife had the sausage Napolitano, and both were excellent – fresh ingredients, rich taste, and expertly prepared and presented. The service was perfect. Monica took good care of us, was friendly, fast, and efficient. Ivana is, I believe, Enrico’s niece and oversees the operation. She really goes the extra mile, walking around greeting the customers and making sure everything is okay. Extremely friendly and makes everybody feel at home. The atmosphere was quite comfortable, normal background conversation for dinner hour, not too loud and easy to carry on a conversation at our booth. We look forward to enjoying this place at every opportunity. The menu is quite extensive and the prices are quite reasonable for what seems to be authentic freshly prepared Italian / Mediterranean food. The house Chianti is my favorite and it’s reasonably priced and very good. Try this restaurant, you’ll like it!

Came in for the 1st time for dinner. Cozy and clean and we’ll decorated. It wasn’t crowded with only a handful of tables taken.. Monica was our server, she wasn’t very attentive and was not very friendly acting, we arrived at 6pm and it took a while to even place our order and when we did it just seemed strained like we were bothering her”‘ salads took 30mins to arrive. and our meal wasn’t brought out until 650pm.. customer service can make or break a dining experience and she definitely took away from our experience..I don’t mind waiting when service is friendly but Monica’s was not… .the other woman who I believe was a owner came by after we were almost done and Wow!” what a difference ” she was gracious, friendly a complete opposite of Monica, I wish she had been our server because she has a warmth that is very evident in the way she speaks to guests and she put us to ease immediately with her excellent people skills.. ( and I noticed everyone that stopped in for a takeout seemed to know her and would receive a kind inquiry and hug ) Monica could take some tips from her.. I had a glass of wine which was a hefty 12 dollars instead of $8 like I thought, we ordered a coke but it tasted off but I think the issue was she gave a “Diet Coke”..now for the food… The bread is delicious.. crisp on the outside and soft goodness on the inside..the dough is delicious! It was my favorite for sure! With the yummy flavored Marinara sauce I could eat just that and had been happy. The side salads were fresh and crisp lettuce, sweet tomatoes, the blue cheese dressing was excellent,.. I had the Bolognese and the noodles were good The food was hot and the noodles perfectly cooked .. I usually don’t eat meat sauce but it was good. I would had preferred the marinara if it was anything like the bread dipping sauce. ..it would have been nice if there was fresh grated parmesan (but their is a shaker of parmesan cheese at the table).. we also had thé flounder limone.. it was NOT good, it was fishy tasting (like a frozen old piece of fish)..its a weird off-putting taste and we thought it came with pasta but the very, very small portion of angel hair was like “Ramon noodles” t’s just a dish I’d highly recommend avoiding.. also for the price of $28.00 the portion size was too small.. opposite of my portion which was generous and I even had some left over to eat later….there was a lemon dessert I would have loved to have tried but we didn’t want to inquire of Monica further and she definitely didn’t want to wait on us… because of her we unlikely would want to come back.;which is a shame for I would had loved to tried the pizza*** but when you pay $82 plus a 20% tip of $16. (Which we still gave because we are courteous not because she earned it) you just expect to be comfortable and eat good food.. heads up from what I saw with prices on the menu the lunch hour would have been a more affordable 1st time option and with a different server a more enjoyable dining experience..

Table for two 7.30p on a busy Friday night, we locals intermixed amongst all our wonderful seasonal visitors. We had been here several years ago, didn’t quite remember why we hadn’t been back, now we know why. So here’s the long and short of it all, if you go here watch out what you order, don’t expect decent service, and for sure don’t ask for bread, water or cheese. Don’t expect your server to check if you want anything else, such as desert or coffee or pretty much anything, thanks alot Skarlett. If you want cheap and fast food, and you don’t care about service this is your spot, me I won’t be going back.

We have been going here for many years. I was always a great place to get a good meal. Recently, within the past year I been noticing the quality of the food going down. I always felt any business can have a bad day, so we did not give up and returned for dinner several times. Unfortunately it has not gotten better only worse. The last straw was the other night when we tried again. When we went in we were greeted and asked how many for dinner, there was just two of us and many open tables available, we instead were given a table basically in part of the small entry lobby where people stand waiting for a table, when I asked if we could have a table inside the dining room, where there were at least five open tables. We were told “no” this is all we have! From that point on the dining experience went down hill. Like I stated before we have been going here for years and the owner has made special requests for entries not listed on the menu many times. This night, which was not a busy night, I was told “no” we do not do that! Still trying to make a good night out of this, I order a menu item. When the food was delivered to say it was bad would be an understatement. It looked like someone just threw it together and undercooked. I don’t like creating scenes so we basically just tried to eat the meals, but the entries were terrible. When we got home within two hours my wife got sick to her stomach. Definitely her flounder was bad. After trying to give them every chance to improve over the last year, this is definitely the end. There are so many other fine Italian restaurants in our area, I will not be back. What ever has transpired over the last year I do not know, but your restaurant is suffering.

I cannot tell you how pleased we were with this family owned restaurant. Irina (co-owner) and her staff paid attention to everything for a private dinner after a special mass intention for my son. She created a beautiful menu to compliment our guests, the chef ( her uncle) came out to greet us after dinner which you hardly see anymore. The food service and atmosphere were exceptional. Please support local businesses We will be back. Thank you!

I ordered a buffalo chicken canzone. And I sent someone else to pick it up she said “we made it with the other chicken” witch was grilled chicken with no buffalo whats so ever. It wasn’t a pleasant taste to the calzone if it was good I wouldn’t of returned it. When I called to let them know it was totally wrong the girl blamed it on the person that picked it up. I have never heard of someone blaming another person for their mistakes, you never blame the customer especially when you know your in the wrong. Not counting on the fact she said she would make it for me with no charge, Wth you are not suppose to charge me, it was your mess up and for the inconvenience she should offered a free calzone for next time or half of the money back, I had to drive back. Theres was so many other positive ways to handle this without the drama. I dont like to complain but she was so rude about it. Plus there was cross contamination. You do not take the box that went out to someone’s home full of food and sauces on to a prep table especially when covid and influenza is at its peak, you throw that food away with everything in it. I told her its cross contamination and she just shrugged her shoulder. I have worked in the service industry for more then 20 years and I know better on top of the fact the lady didnt have gloves while she was prepping and cleaning. I love enrico but you guys need to pay more attention to your staff. You can’t play with people’s lives like that. I would love for someone to reach out.

My wife and I were here for first time and tried their Lunch Menu. I had the Tuna salad and Lentil soup it was good and my wife had the Grilled Chicken with Vegetables she enjoyed it.
Both of our choices were a good value for our money .
The restaurant is small but cozy and food was tasty but wasn’t over priced. They also have outdoor seating, but covered under a tent which is perfect because you don’t feel the heat.

Take aways: Okay food, service was quick but unpleasant and server was not attentive at all, ambience was okay except the weird paper on tables and sounded like club music was on. Wouldn’t go again.
Went here for a date night after having passed by many times. Cute and cozy and upon arrival we were told to seat ourselves which we did. Music was no relaxing and all tables were covered with really bulky, thick paper instead of table cloths. Server immediately brought water and bread and asked if we wanted anything else. I stuck with water, my fiance got a glass of wine. The server never introduced himself or asked if we had any questions. The food we ordered was mediocre for the price and our server had less than no personality. After we ordered he NEVER came back to check on us, never offered us anymore water even though i finished mine soon into the meal and never asked if my fiance wanted another glass of wine. He seemed as if he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough….kept glancing at the football game on TV so maybe he was just having a bad night and would rather be home? But it gave me weird vibes. If i’m spending $100 (after tip) on two entree’s/side salads and a glass of cheap wine, i’d rather go to a restaurant that seems like they at least want me there. lol. I would always encourage people to try something for themselves because it could have been an off night – but there’s too many options in Bonita Springs for me to try this place again.

Dinner around 9pm. Place was fairly empty. Seated quickly. Was brought bread and water quickly. Server followed shortly. Server was fast, polite, attentive and accurate. Had ravioli and cheese sticks and a house salad with ranch. Bread was great! Marinara was really good as well. Not 100% sold on the cheese sticks. Ravioli was tasty and filling. Atmosphere was simple, but tasteful. Meal was 30ish without tip.

This place could of got 5 stars but the service provided to us the day we went was horrible. First of all you never go up to a table and say “please hurry up the kitchen will be closing soon.” It’s 9pm ya close at 10pm you should change your hours of operation then. Don’t rush me as it’s our first time there and to top it off. It was my girlfriend and myself bdays smh. Anyways we was basically rushed to order, finish our food, never offered refill for our wine but the food 100% amazing/delicious. Wish the service was more like the food AMAZING.
