We have ordered online from this location twice in the last week. We found the sandwiches to be as ordered and excellent. When we picked up our subs, the young lady behind the counter was extremely polite and helpful. Each sandwich was labeled so we didn’t have to guess. That’s important when we order several at one time. I wish all Subways followed this model.

The girl was extremely rude. I was simply trying to make sure I used the right name for my order because I thought I had used the wrong one and she was just extremely rude. When I was trying to explain what I was doing she just kept telling me to sit down and even pulled the other order on the shelf that I was looking at. It really upset me I don’t know why she felt the need to have an attitude. Guess she was just stressed either way, I used to work at subway and I know how it feels. I didn’t treat anyone like that. Sucks just makes me sad really the entire interaction.

Today was my last trip ever to this Subway on Turkeysag Trail. I said that the last 10 times I’ve been there. It’s convenient and close to home. Food is great. However the app doesn’t work and the the employees told me it’s not their fault. I know they probably didn’t write the app but I think they’re responsible for it’s failure because the business failed me. Situation: I was parked in the lot outside their front door. I ordered on the app a Protein Bowl. Chose Curbside Pickup. It processed my payment and emailed & texted me receipts. I provided car type and color. It said Pickup be ready at 4:50 pm. It was 4:20 pm and a stones throw away. There was a green button on the app saying I’m Here. I drove up to curb in front of their door. Through the window I could see 2 workers and no one else. On the rack at the end if the counter I saw a Protein Bowl. This is 5 minutes after I called. I’m betting that’s my order. I immediately tap the green I’m Here button. The app goes into working mode, I call it, and then a message comes up, saying – your order is not ready. Please let us know when your 5 minutes away. We’ll I’m here..no 5 minutes. The green button returns. I tap it again and receive same message about 5 minutes. I repeat this about 10 angry times. Still no one in the store. It’s now 4:40 pm. I get out of my car and walk 10 feet to their door. I Crack it open and ask “Is that my Protein Bowl on the rack”? He looks at it and said yes it has your name on it. I went all the way in and told him I was tapping the app I’m Here green button like crazy in my car. He said they never received anything on there machine that we were here. I said the app is not working. He said it’s not their fault. I tried to explain to him and his helper that the app needs to b fixed. They said it’s not their problem. Good service would have been, in this situation, to apologize to me and say they will definitely pass it on to the owner that the app is malfunctioning. All they could say was it wasn’t their fault. When we were leaving the parking lot i noticed the clock in the car said 4:50 pm.
Pickup time. This is not the 1st time this app has been a problem for me.

A month ago I ordered the same Protein Bowl on the app. It was in a bag. An elderly lady brought it to my car. I asked her was that my Protein Bowl and she said yes it was. When I got home inside the bag was a foot long sub cut in half. It’s was my order but a sub not a bowl. I called back and spoke to the owner. He said bring it back for a bowl. I said no thanks since I was 30 minutes away and hungry. I told him I asked the lady who brought it to my car – was it my P Bowl and she said yes. He said she’s 77 and helping out today. I asked him does she know English. He said ‘a little’. Obviously she didn’t know what I was asking. She should have somehow let me know she doesn’t speak English. I would have then opened the bag and looked in.

These reviews go back years and the same bad issues are repeated over and over. The 1 star line is almost as long as the 5 star line.

I usually like to leave positive reviews and while I do find this location to overall be quite nice, my experience today was very surprising. When I came in there was one worker behind the divide helping the customer before me. The worker was answering a question about an add the customer had seen about a sale going on. The woman working already wasn’t properly wearing her mask as it didn’t cover her nose but then proceeded to remove it completely to answer the customer’s question very unnecessarily and right in front of the food bar. She kept it off as a quick conversation ensued and only put it back on when going to get the bread as she noticed I was making eye contact. She served the customer quickly and run him up before removing her mask again to text on her phone. Another worker took my order but didn’t ring me up as it was apparent he was newly hired. I waited for a minute or two to be rung up while the lady, with her mask still down, loudly answered a phone call complaining that she’d been stuck at work all day without any help. She finally hung up after a minute to ring up my order but never put her mask back on. I didn’t notice if she had gloves on or not but if so she didn’t change them between her phone and the register.
I’m hoping action is taken in regards to the employee as I’ve left an official review. I just hope nothing happens to the younger worker who was very kind and following guidelines.

This Subway has been significantly upgraded .. looks fresh inside and bright. The new sandwiches are also a lot more creative and seem fresher than the previous menu. Manager has been there many years .. kind and efficient service. Will go back after not going for several years.

There is no way I will visit this Subway again! Over and over I have experienced terrible customer service here. Tonight was it for me though. Walked in and there were three workers, only one was making subs and the other two were just screwing around. Noone greeted me or even asked what I wanted. I just stood there waiting for a solid 5 minutes before someone came over and stood in front of me and looked confused. And he still did not ask what I wanted! I had to say “can I please get a sub?” While that guy was making my sub I heard the other guys using profanity multiple times and watched one wipe his nose with his hand and then go back to making someone elses order. Seriously disgusted! I’ve always disliked this Subway because the owner won’t allow use of coupons at this store, but I would still go because my kids like Subway subs. Not anymore!! I have just been disappointed one too many times regarding the way they exhibit customer care!!

I was served by a very nice and helpful lady today and I did enjoy my sandwich, but it has been hit and miss as to the staff over the years. I also wish all of these stores would build the sandwiches with more care of evenly spreading toppings and be a little more generous with the toppings.

But both of these comments above really apply to probably any Subway.

What made me review this place today is the franchisee who owns this store does not accept Subway coupons. I had forgotten this. How a franchisee can not accept corporate coupons is beyond me. I have seen it in the fine print on ads though, “participating locations only”.

So I’m voicing my disappointment about not getting the discount from the coupon I received in the mail, dutifully cut the coupon out, only to ball it up and throw it in the trash at the store.

You are now forewarned! And hopefully I wont forget and get my hopes up in the future. You arent getting that 2 for 1 deal at this location!

Ordered delivery and didn’t receive product until and hour past the estimated time. DO NOT ORDER delivery at this location it will take a lifetime. They left our food sitting out on the counters for north of 40 minutes according to the worker at the store. Employee refused to remake our soggy cold sandwiches or to give us a refund. Employee also got an attitude and verbally aggressive with my girlfriend when asking her to make this situation right. I have filed a complaint with subway Hq but I want a manager or owner to maker this right. This is ridiculous and disheartening.

I ordered online. My husband went to pick up the order and they told him they never received it. Meanwhile, I have an order number and they charged my credit card. They made another sub (not what I had ordered) and charged us again. I went back with the wrong sub and had them make a new one. They then acted like they were doing me a big favor, giving me a foot long, but only charging for a 5″. They also lied to us about what actually happened. After comparing notes with my husband, we paid for 2 1/2 subs. We tried to call them…they never answer their phone. Ended up having to refuse the last two charges with my credit card company. No sandwich is worth this.

The manager at the Subway on Turkeysag in Monticello is awful. She has messed my order up twice in a row. Not only did she not know about the website for online ordering she also hung the phone up on me while I was ordering. She insists on calling me an incorrect name and I ordered my food an hour before coming to pick up and shes walking out the door saying, I messed your order up again. She put it off on the nice chic who actually gave me my protein bowl for free because of the managers lack of professionalism and caring.
