The drive thru worker was so incredibly rude while taking my order. I was looking forward to lunch at this establishment and for no reason she was rude. I chose to take my business else where. It would be appreciated if there was some education on treating all customers kindly both inside and in the drive thru.

The food was fast to come out and was a little spicy so if you don’t like spicy ask for no spice the service was fast my food came out withing 3 minutes and it was freshly made and it was warm not cold the seats and tables are kind of dirty and the corner booth seats are making cracking sounds

I ordered the meat and potato burrito meal. The burrito was awful. I took 3 bites and it was all mush. The potato oles were mushy, the meat was mushy and the lettuce was soggy. I never had this big of a food issue at Taco Johns. Even the side of potato oles were gross. Tasted like oil oil and like they had been flash dropped in said old oil. Didn’t finish anything I ordered.

Rating the food as 1 star, because zero is not an option. Worst food We have had in a long time. Not only were our Potato Oles cold, but all three sodas were flat. Food was AWFUL even by fast food standards. I personally ordered the chicken street tacos. I received 3”tacos” that resembled something I would feed my rabbit. There was no more than 3small cubes of chicken in them, one taco only had 1 tiny cube of chicken (This was AFTER I requested they be remade!) The Boss burrito resembled something I can only describe as an oversized sloppy mess that tasted like BBQ sauce. 0/10, will never visit one of these establishments again.

The worst food I’ve had in over a year. Had the beef burrito after asking the man at the cashier, who had a different colored shirt, so maybe mgr. he told me the burrito was hearty on a ten inch tortilla. Yeah all flour tortilla with some sauce with bits of something. Bit into it and all you see is flat tortilla that’s stained by the sauce. Never ever going back and would recommend nobody else waste their hard earned money there. Yuck
