Decided to try this truck yesterday after hearing some positive buzz.
We got some Philly cheesesteaks and a chicken sandwich for the people in our party, as well as an extra side of onion rings.
The person who got the chicken sandwich loved it. Those of us who had Philly cheesesteaks weren’t as pleased. The sandwich wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. Honestly, it was pretty bland for something covered in melted cheese.
My biggest gripe overall were the onion rings. A bit overcooked, and they had that bitter taste when they’ve been using their frying oil too long, meaning most of the onion rings we paid extra for ($2 extra for each meal plus $8 for the side) went in the trash because they were inedible.
Spent over $60 with tip for 3 people and it felt pretty average. Not sure if we’ll be back for this truck again.

I ordered the catfish basket that came with 4 finger size catfish sticks and 4 lrg shrimp in the Cajun flavor with a potato salad side, let me star by stating the potato salad is Reese brand from Safeway, the catfish was dirty, the fat was not taken off resulting in a very dirty taste. The customer service is very poor and after ordering a different lunch from the cart down the way named the tailg8te game day grill I learned the catfish food cart doesn’t allow them to sell onion rings because they will take more of these business. How ridiculous, don’t go to the famous grill you will spend and arm and a leg for horrible quality food. $22 for a small basket of shrimp and dirty catfish and store bought potato salad I recommend a different choice

Fry’s are previously frozen, shrimp is previously frozen, tartar sauce taste bland, paid 12 dollars for this. Portion was small as well. Never heard of a place charging an extra dollar to make your order to go… Thought that was part of running a business. I paid cash and when I ask for my dollar back and to make my order for her he did the refund and said alright we’re good without giving me my money back. I had to remind him I paid cash. I never left the counter so I’m a little confused how he could have forgotten this. Seemed shady.
