The best Turtle Concrete in Wentzville. Super excited for this warm weather and I’m gonna try and not make this a habit but absolutely delicious! I had my dog with me. They gave me a little cup of custard. She gobbled it up in 10 seconds.

We went through the drive-thru and it took about 4 or 5 minutes. The man who waited on us looked straight out of the 1950s, was very polite and friendly and overall it was a good experience. The malts that we got were absolutely delicious.

Had the signature turtle sundae that was excellent. Here’s the thing, it has the perfect amount of chocolate, caramel and pecans to have a little in every bite of the ice cream. No skimping necessary. I finished the last bite with a generous amount of each of the toppings.

Extremely disappointing experience. The drive-thru service is terrible—you have to practically shout your order for anyone to hear, and even then, they still get it wrong. I paid $9 for a Hot Fudge Brownie Supreme and was given a tiny drizzle of hot fudge, barely the size of a nickel. I also requested pecans, paid for them, and didn’t receive them. This isn’t the first time—it has happened twice now. I won’t be returning. This location really needs to step up and do better.

Went there today for lunch. Extremely disappointing. Nachos had old dried out burger on them and they were out of guacamole which stated it was served with them. I got a steak sandwich which said served with cheese lettuce and tomato
No lettuce or cheese on sandwich and it came with a side salad. My sandwich was tuff, took a bite and whole steak wanted to come out of bun. U know there is trouble when your knife can hardly cut it in half. We also had to wait for utensils and napkin to eat. Just a terrible experience for $40

Great as always, but how much more can prices increase? I have noticed it is alot less busy than usual. It’s most definitely the prices steering folks away. 30 bucks for 3 sundaes makes it about a once a year treat for me. 5 stars tho. Good stuff.

The ice cream is 5 stars but giving 3 because every time we use the drive thru you have to repeat your order at least 5 times, and then eventually you just have to pull around for them to get all of it. It’s not the workers fault- it’s their speaker system. It’s so silly. The owners need to invest in a better system for their workers!

It is now drive thru only, and we were turned away for not being in a car. One of the workers impolitely yelled at us for walking into the drive thru line. We left and took our business elsewhere.

Fritz’s is definitely my go-to ice cream – custard place. They have a great selection of topping choices. Service is almost always a five-star but every once in awhile the toppings in the concretes are a little skimpy. And tonight the toppings were so cold they were partially frozen.
