I love the Schlotzky’s brand, but this store has problems compared to other locations I visit. The food is good enough, but the last three times I’ve eaten here, the service is just terrible (incorrect order, lack of staff, less-than-friendly staff). Today I tried giving this store another shot (I’m optimistic mostly), but after waiting in line a few minutes with no employees in sight other than one working the drive-through, I decided today was the day to say farewell to this store. I guess I was hangry? Regardless, I recommend you spend your time and money at a different Schlotzky’s. This one needs help.

With the triumphant return of the pastrami and swiss, schlotzskys is back in rotation. Erika is a great employee, very welcoming. Related to another post, a friend gor the pizza and that does need a bit of work — some sauce and cheese would go a long way .. on a pizza. But orders have been correct, store is kept up. Will be back

I don’t like that I have to write this review. I come here sometimes several times a week. So I spend a lot of $ here. Today I’ve not been out of my house in almost 3 days because I’ve been sick and recovering from working 45 hours in 3.5 days. I got the 2 pizzas on flat bread. Awful! No cheese, almost burned, nothing on them. I never have had them look like this before. I ordered a meat and a supreme on flat bread. So I guess from this day forward I’ll be checking my orders to make sure the are done. If I could post a pic I would upload what one of them looked like. I should have driven back to the location but this has never happened before and I was already home.

I’m so upset with this place. We decided to splurge a little and spend $30 in 2 of us for dinner. I asked for the pick 2 with a deluxe original and no olives and a chicken Caesar salad. My sandwich still has olives and there is no chicken in my salad. It’s an absolute waste of money for a meal I won’t eat. The order is correct on the receipt.

Went here for an early lunch, and it is the cleanest Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever seen, and it also had the friendliest service. The fresh brewed tea was perfect, as were the sandwiches. Dine-in is currently only open until 4:30 pm.
