It was our first time at this pizzeria and it was a delicious surprise!!! The delightful smell of pizza hit us when we opened the door. Yum!! We knew Our (Italian) Family Pizzeria made us a dinner we would enjoy!! The perfect hand made dough, tangy sauce, and crisp applewood bacon melted in our mouth along with the other flavors of our meatlovers pizza topped with fresh mushrooms and pineapple. Our antipasto salad was crisp and fresh drizzled in an Italian dressing. The cheesy bread was “melt in your mouth” perfection. The owners are delightful, fun and eager to serve the best pizza you’ve ever had. The Valentine decorations were fun and festive♡♡♡ I also learned that everything that make is FRESH and PRESERVATIVE FREE! Wow!!!! Great food, generous portions and excellent service. Check it out– you will love it!!

I had small square pizza with red onion and spinach. Their red sauce was absolutely delicious! The dough was soft and tasty and the crust was crispy. I also had a smart antipasto salad. I was surprised how big it was. The dressing was a thicker Italian, again delicious. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed

This was my first time trying their pizza, but my husband and son have already had it twice before and loved it!
The pizza was cooked perfectly for a square Detroit style. I love that they got the edges crispy without tasting burnt (like some other places do). The toppings were delicious. The sauce is a little on the sweet side and also very delicious!
I love that they filled up the ranch to the top so much that it spilled over when opening. They didn’t cheat you out of anything here! For a large cheese bread they included 3 sides of dipping sauce.
Service was good and friendly. Definitely would order again!!

Starting with the most important – I would highly recommend this place! They are new so dont let the lack of reviews dissuade you. Since this is a new place I tried a round and a square pie.
The square: Typical detroit style pizza. Tossing their hat into the ring with the likes of Jets and Cloverleaf with this pie. The caramelized cheese “crust” was good. This pie shines with its flavorful sauce! Not sure why, but it was really hitting the spot. Its bright and refreshing against the denser deep dish crust.
The round: hand tossed and thin, similar to your wood fired pies. The cheese and toppings were what caught my attention on this one. Lighter on the sauce since its a thin pie. Crust had a nice crunch to it.
Overall a nice family pizza place that will easily compete for best pizza in the area. If you go for the round and have a 15+min drive, id recommend asking them not to cut it for the best experience. This will help keep the bottom nice and crispy!
They also offer cookies but i didnt try them this round.

Our Family Pizza has great pizza, and the sandwiches might be even better.
My only complaint is with the delivery experience. I ordered delivery through their website, but it ended up being fulfilled by Uber Eats without it being clearly communicated. If I had known, I would have chosen pickup instead. The driver took quite a while, and the food arrived cold. In my opinion, Uber Eats just isn’t the same as traditional pizza delivery.
Overall, the food is excellent. But I’d recommend ordering pickup if possible.

We ordered pizza for the Super Bowl and couldn’t have been happier. Pickup was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they even double-checked the order with me before I left. The food was absolutely delicious and a hit with everyone. We’ll definitely be coming back and ordering again soon!

Big fan of spicy and sweet, got the pepperoni and hot honey and the Tomato pie.
im a little lactose intolerant and ive always struggled with not eating cheese on a pizza but let me tell you the Tomato pie has tons of flavor that I dont miss the cheese on it.

Wow what can I say, they been open for one week and I’ve been there already three time! I’ve had the Italian sandwich and I could say the portions are huge. The sandwich could easily fill up to people. The other sandwich I had was a chicken cutlet sandwich and it was delicious. He made a fresh and you can tell the sauce is made in house. Awesome place the lady at the counter even remembered me!

Our Family Pizzeria is the best new restaurant in Shelby Township. The Detroit style pizza is incredible. After trying the pizza I had to go back for a focaccia sandwich. I had the Uncle Dom – oh wow! So amazing. They use all fresh ingredients for everything they make. This place will be my new go to for pizza and sandwiches from now on. Must try this place! Get the word out and support this great family business!
