Stopped with my 3 grandchildren. We had some mishaps such as spilling our Shamrock shake shortly after it was brought to us. The staff went above & beyond with super friendly, understanding customer service and the children received a Valentine treat. I’d go back again mainly for the great customer service because that truly does matter. Thanks so much folks for your kindness today ❣️

I live around the corner from this location & placed my order in the drive thru. After getting in line for pick & pay, I totally remembered I forgot my wallet. Brandon was working the drive thru & his manger Brian gave me my food & trusted me to come back to pay. That doesn’t happen much in this world today. Very grateful (& embarrassed). Was back there in less than 5 minutes & they were grateful I came back & I was very thankful for their understanding. Thanks guys

My dad preferred to stop at this McDonald’s on almost every trip we had up north and coming back down since the time I was a little kid. Stopped here again today to get the filet of fish and black coffee that he would almost always order when we used to get to stop here with him. This McDonald’s looks a lot different now on the inside and outside; however, I’ve always found it to be clean, and I’ve never had a bad experience with their food. I’m glad this McDonald’s is still here. It’s always a nostalgic option for me when I’m headed north or coming south on 43. Exit 100 is easy to remember and splits up the trip nicely. Got a gift card for my little brother so he can have an excuse to stop here when he does the drive up and down. Thank you to the staff there today who were not only all polite, friendly, and professional but also represented the brand well.
