Kaya did amazing! My order was wrong due to using a coupon. She was friendly and patient. The reason for my bad review is. The manager rolled her eyes when she was assisting Kaya fix my order. The manager was loud the whole restaurant can hear her conversation with employees. She had a bad attitude. She talked about customers. Our fries were cold. The manager didn’t care my family was dining in. She complained about having to do a refund for my order. If you do not have customer service please do not work in customer service!

We went there today at 1:30 pm .The manager and the worker were disrespectful. We bought by driver through. The manager gives us orders without receipt we asked her receipt, she lied and said she did gives us receipt, and two minutes later she said she is out of paper to give us receipt. We bought the food for our client so we are going to do rapport with the receipt. She didn’t give us the receipt, and she was rude. Everybody needs to be treated with respect not matter where we come from.

If you want to be overcharged, this is the perfect place for you. They corrected it but it shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. Then we sat down to eat and my mozzarella sticks had hair all over them. We will NOT be back to this location. The cashier didn’t even know what she was doing.

The food was hot and tasted good. Portions were nice. They got most of my order right – which was a big order since we had 4 people. The only thing wrong was we asked for no ice in our sodas – germs. Yuck. It did take longer than expected to get our food, but not terribly long. Maybe like 10 minutes of waiting after we ordered. It was also right at noon so I expected a crowd. Their speaker was difficult to communicate through, but at least it worked.

Best whopper i have ever had! Dont know if it was the time of day or what. 11:30 am. Hot, fresh cooked juicy..not dry like cardboard. Bun was soft and fresh, toppings fresh lettuce crisp. Definitely going there again
