They messed my order up terribly, I called them and they told me to give them my number and next time they’ll give me an order for free. Well, today they did NOT honor that AND had an attitude about it. Dishonest business practices shouldn’t be tolerated in our community. Customer satisfaction supposed to be number 1. I maybe just one customer, but a complaint goes far with the right person. Food for thought, no pun intended

This is the only coney island in the history of coney islands that never cuts the toast. I’m handicap with one arm I make a drive thru order & ask lady to make sure the toast is cut. She gets my money that includes a nice tip get home toast still not cut. I’m scared whenever I order a blt sandwich with egg because I’m scared the sandwich won’t be cut in half. At least most of the time it’s cut but I did indeed get one sandwich one time that wasn’t cut. It’s unbelievable but the place is close to my home & is open 24hrs. Please cut the toast every time

I literally was craving a fresh hot breakfast and got exactly the opposite. Pancakes was so dark anybody in they right mind wouldn’t eat them. I came back up there from home to get my meal remade and I asked for French toast because if you believe those pancakes was eatable then I want French toast .. they remade my order but not the hashbrowns. They offered a drink but it’s not good enough. These Coney Islands hate to keep up good customer service due to the cooks mistakes. I’ve ate 1/4 of my food. Money WASTED! I agree with the other reviewer shut this place down my food tasted like cardboard! & they don’t care about customers !

I used to come to this coney island all the time. They kinda fell off. My cheeseburger was not it. Idk if its the type of patty they are using or the bun. I just know I didn’t like it. The fries was good and hot tho.

Edit Mar/5/26: I ordered over easy eggs with my breakfast special.. Thought it was fine, put it on my toast.. APART OF THE WHITE IS STILL CLEAR AND JIGGLY. Cook your eggs longer. I have ordered over easy eggs before and never has this happened until today ‍♀️
