Wow, never thought a Texas BBQ place in East Tenn would be soooo Dang delicious!! I certainly enjoyed the ribs, Mac and cheese, brisket and beer. The juicy ribs were tasty and flavorful right off the plate. No disappointments with this food. Definitely going back when BBQ is the quest!

Great BBQ. Super clean, fresh and delicious. The ribs were definitely on Point . You could taste the hours they spent in the smoke . The sausage was dreamy and cheeesy and tasted really good . The sides were equally satisfying. Couldn’t ask for anything more the service is outstanding. Everyone here was so friendly and nice . I’ll definitely be coming back .

I ordered an Andrew Jackson plate, choice of 3 meats and 2 sides on their app. I got brisket, pork & ribs with baked beans and cornbread casserole. You don’t get any bread with that meal. Plus I ordered potato salad and nanner pudding. I was there when they said the order would be ready but I still had to wait. It is small and it was crowded. The place seemed nice and clean and staff was friendly. When I got my food and got home I found all the meat is wrapped in kind of a butcher paper. Which was messy. There was plenty of food so I took out what I thought I could eat and put it on a plate. The meat looked and smelled good and it was fall apart tender. Having not eaten there before I was not familiar with their BBQ sauce but I told them to give me the sweet one. The sauce was okay but it had a strong chili powder seasoning in it for the smoky flavor that did not appeal to me. But baked beans were kinda of bland so I mix that sauce with the bean it balanced out the flavor and I liked it better. I would swirl my meat in the bean juice for my BBQ flavor for the meat. The meat was DELICIOUS. A little fat but not too much on the pork. The brisket was superb. The rib was good but did not fall off the bone but was easily eaten off and it had good flavor. The potato salad just had a mayonnaise and dill dressing. It’s ok but could be made better by adding celery and onions for a lil crunch. Maybe even a squirt of mustard. The Cornbread casserole let me down. It was just soggy cornbread with corn in it. If they were to dress it up with onion and celery maybe with a little ranch base that would be terrific. I highly recommend the nanner pudding. It’s scrumptious!

I’ve been to a good 2 dozen BBQ places ranging from NC to TX and this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Absolutely spectacular on every level! Just insanely good! May be the best brisket I’ve ever had. And literally everything I tried was incredible. I say this as someone who currently lives in Texas, used to live in North Carolina, and lived in Nashville for several years (which has some spectacular BBQ as well).

I really enjoyed everything about this place. You order at the counter and food is brought to you. It was very fast and super delicious. We got the brisket, which was perfect. All our sides were tasty too. I especially loved the smoked Mac n cheese. The sauces they have were also very, very good. I like the TN sweet the most.
Good price point too. When you pull in the parking lot you can smell how good it’s going to be, then you see the gigantic smoker and start drooling. Highly recommend.

First off I’m a picky BBQ eater. Ive been to almost every BBQ spot between Johnson city tn and Nashville. This is one of my top 3 most definitely. Awesome people and great service. You can tell they care about the food as much as the customer. Brisket was excellent. I will share top 3. #1 jacks BBQ Nashville tn. #2 project BBQ Johnson city tn, and #3 bustin butts BBQ Sevierville tn. I recommend all 3 places

Slaw is a tasty-sweet & vinegary that compliments the fatty meats. Servers are all friendly, sweet, and energetic, and four different gals checked in with us while we were there. Lots of “locals”. We has a good time and a good lunch!

Phenomenal BBQ! Every time I visit it here I leave overjoyed. Today I had the 2 meat platter. Succulent pulled pork perfectly spiced and the smoked chicken breast. Tons of delicious sides including bbq baked beans and cornbread casserole. On occasion I get the wood fired pizza which is stunning as well!
