I just want my package of ranch dressing never fails it is not in my bag if I ask them they’ll look at the receipt and say well it’s on the receipt. I get home 15 minutes later and it is never ever in there so my salads do not get ate. My only complaint with Chick-fil-A I never have my salad dressing and if you call and tell him they’ll say well you can come and pick it up or you can pick it up next time store #05002

I don’t know who the lady was, or what her name was but she was working this morning and was the one who handed me my food. I believe she was Ukrainian. That lady is beyond sweet, I talked to her for 3 maybe 5 seconds and she made my day so much brighter

Failed to put all items purchased in bag. Placed the order on the app for pickup.
There is absolutely no reason you can take my money online but can’t refund me online. Proceeded to tell me I would need to come in person for a refund, they could only credit the missing item to my account on the app. It would not be worth the gas money to do so since I was already home.
Mistakes are going to happen. I don’t necessarily mind an item was forgotten. What I do mind is not being refunded money the same way I paid. Cameras could be checked if they thought an item was actually put in the bag.
Lastly, if I was being credited for an item I already paid for, why on earth does it have an expiration of 30 days.
Guess the cookie they also credited was suppose to make all this dumbness better.

Courtland is what Chick-fil-a is all about! He took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He also went above and MOO-yond to make sure our 5 year old got a Moo box that they were handing out during the Christmas season. Thank you, Courtland!

This place is awesome it is on the higher side of prices but I have never been disappointed eating here I’ve been three times so far since they opened and everything has been delicious The sides are awesome they’re exactly what I grew up with growing up as a kid like grape salad pasta salad etc unfortunately I’m going on a diet for the next couple of months but please don’t go anywhere chicken salad chick because I’ll be back

By far consistently the slowest CFA drive thru I’ve ever been through. The guy who directs traffic is extremely rude. They always bring food to you when you’re far back, then you’re just stuck in line waiting for those ahead of to go.
