Update – they did refund my order, Ordered a couple pizzas for a work meeting. Either tracker was broken or the driver was, 25 minutes to drive 2 miles? After a half hour and the track adding another 30 minutes to travel time I called the store. The guy who answered said there is no way, “Justin should be there by now” just then in walks Justin. I thanked him and ran pizzas into the meeting
Opened the box and it looked gross, toppings were stuck to the lid. Called back and offered to send pics. Guy said no that’s OK I’ll send new ones. I explained this was a meeting and with the long wait the meeting would be done by time pizza arrived. He said he would refund….never did. It’s been 3 days. Looked like someone puked on the lid 🙁

I recently placed an order for four medium, one-topping pizzas for my family. I specifically created one pizza for myself, carefully selecting green peppers and banana peppers as my toppings. This is a regular choice for me, evident in my past order history on the app.
However, when the pizzas finally arrived an hour after the initial 30-minute estimated time, I was met with a disheartening sight. Not only were my requested toppings present, but Domino’s also decided to generously add extra green olives, a topping I never requested and actively dislike.
This was not a simple mistake. It displayed a blatant disregard for my specific preferences and a complete lack of attention to detail. It’s as if they intentionally added the olives, mocking my dietary choices.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with Domino’s. Their service has been consistently unreliable, with late deliveries becoming the norm rather than the exception. The quality of the pizzas has also declined, with toppings often falling off and the crust becoming increasingly greasy.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was more than just an error. It was a deliberate act that demonstrated a lack of respect for my order and my preferences. I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience and will be strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.
I urge Domino’s to take this feedback seriously and improve their service. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially considering their reputation and the prices they charge.

I ordered and ate my Pepperoni Pizza last night no problem, didn’t bother checking my sandwich or the other two pizzas until this morning for lunch, which, in hindsight, was a mistake on my part because I have frequent order errors at this location. Today was the one that pushed me to the review.
The Pepperoni was good and The Alfredo Pizza looked fine, but the Chicken taco pizza I ordered is missing the provolone, tomato and onion, and the extra provolone I asked for on the Philly sandwich is instead light.
They also were apparently out of garlic cups according to the driver, but I was not notified of this until I asked the for them – I was told they were taken off, but looking at the receipt I still see them there, and do not see a return to my card of any kind. I paid a 7$ tip cash, so the fact that the balance shown on my receipt did not change and no returns have been made to my card proves that to be a lie.
I’ve was on hold for 30 minutes (I kept an eye on the call timer) waiting to speak to someone, but was asked to hold before I could say anything. I am at work so I said fine and just threw it on speaker while I waited.
Once it hit half an hour I hung up and called back. Where I was told someone would call me when things slowed down, it has been 7 hours.
This store opened up within the last year, and overtook the delivery area of the store I used to go to, and I have been having problems like this ever since – I order from domino’s with a $30+ order at least 2x a month, so it is super frustrating that every third order has an issue.

I was in the Baxter area with some friends for the weekend. We decided to grab some pizza, salad and cheesy bread from Dominos.Domino’s. We placed our order as we waited for our pizza we noticed the little step and viewing area for the little kids to watch their pizza being made. My friends and I asked the guy ( I wish I could remember his name), who took our order, if he would be able to toss the crust in the background if we posed for a picture I’m front of him. He agreed and we got some great pictures! Thank you for making the ladies in the FAB 4 shirts night.

When I order my pizza, it’s good, but when Brandon delivers to me when I don’t have time to stop after work, he always calls and ask if I can meet him downstairs. What is the purpose and me tipping you if you’re not going to complete the order to the door? not only does he asked me to come downstairs but he always forgets a item of condiments that I paid for as a delivery driver delivery means to carry out to the door not for the customer to meet you halfway

very disappointed with my experience i ordered extra toppings on my order and extra sauce and i swear they did the exact same thing opposite and when i ordered it they were 45 minutes out for 2 pizzas and no one way there i felt like i could have gotten better service considering no one was even there but i got the opposite in every single thing i asked

Ordered nearly $100 of pizza for a get-together at my house & they delivered to the wrong address. I called when I noticed on the app that it was “delivered” because we didn’t receive it & they said it was my fault because I put “leave at door” instead of “hand to person” – even though we were sitting in the driveway with our company the whole time. They said they would remake the order and redeliver but it would take now over an hour because “there’s hundreds of other people in Brainerd that want food too”. I spoke to Angel & Dallas, Dallas was not helpful at all & Angel was rude and disrespectful. In the end, we didn’t reach an agreement and the order was cancelled & I was hung up on. 10/10 would NOT recommend
