This is probably the best Panera experience I’ve ever had. Portion sizes were good and good came quickly. Someone walked around with samples of dessert (sticky bun) and another person walked around picking up trash off at your table.

Always a pleasure.. everyone enjoys fresh cooked bread and yummy pastries. I would like to see more things with cranberry in it however, the cranberry orange loaf is very delicious. The staff are always pleasant. It’s just such a cozy place. Nice ambience.

Stood at the counter for 2 minutes to place my order. No one helped me. One employee walked right by me, not making eye contact or asking if I need help. Placed my order at the kiosk. My order came pretty quickly, but I don’t like to be ignored. Restaurant was not busy.

I wanted to share my experience because when someone chooses to eat at PANERA it is because of quality control, the fresh ingredients and customer service.. MOST importantly the process of your being prepared, fixed, and the checked for accuracy before being given to you.

I ordered a turkey and cheddar whole sandwich on tomato basil bread with the meat and cheese hot, but the tomatoes and red onions on the side… I am not sure if someone was not able to read or just carelessly made me a half sandwich and made it totally wrong.. but yes I was given a half of sandwich and paid for a WHOLE SANDWICH.. there was a team manager there that also displayed a face of total chaos and no order with a lot of college kids not have a clue of what they were making.

So yeah… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ordered Flat Bread Pizza to try for the first time. It gets a big Zero stars. Chewy and stiff. I knew it would be a frozen product but Foodlion sells much better and less that $9.95. Chicken Noodle Soup had exactly 4 noodles, 5 carrots, and 1 small piece of chicken. Tasted great but clearly not what it should have been. Sandwiches tasted great but fell short on appearance and bread was hard. The clearly new employee running the register was trying so hard and was very friendly. This was around 5pm on 10/7/21. She really stood out. Manager was running expo and looked miserable and not very friendly. Not actually checking orders because I had to come back ftom car to get a missing item.

After ordering at this Panera, I doubt I will ever visit another Panera again. The salads were pathetic. $8 for a half greek salad and there was no more than $1 worth of ingredients. You could see the bottom of the bowl. My Caesar salad was the same way. Both bowls did not even cover the bottom. This is not bad service, this is stealing from the customers. When they show a picture of the salad, it should be prepared that way. I sent the picture to a class action lawyer and maybe we can get a class action suit against Panera and drive them out of business. Panera used to be my go to place and I visited 3 or 4 times a week. Now it is just a scam to get your money. Very little food and ingredients in your food and nearly double the prices. DO NOT leave tips for the employees, they are paid well by Panera. I doubt the employees even get the tips, they probably go to the manager.

The servings are hit or miss anymore. Sometimes they give you what you pay for and sometimes they don’t. And what happened to the pumpkin muffin? It’s pumpkin season! And they sold well. Are the stock holders really more important than the customers? Who gives you money? Them or us?

No service – the one person behind the counter left me there without taking my order (and I was the only person in line).

No Internet. I stopped there to attend an online meeting. Connected quickly, but there was no Internet.

Consistently screwed up to-go online/ app orders. Two out of four of my last orders were wrong or incomplete. Yet, on their little “double check list” every item is checked off.

First wrong order. Missing bagels. Noticed the bag felt light so I broke the seal and opened it. No bagels. However, there were checkmarks on the receipt for bagels, sliced, and toasted. None of that happened. Had to get someone to get them to complete my order.

Second screwed up order was a sandwich and an iced latte coffee. The sandwich was there. The iced latte coffee was not. Instead there was an empty cup next to my bag. Again, everything checked off.

Just remembered, on the two times they got the order correct, I received cream cheese with a bagel instead of the requested butter. Yep. It was checked off that it was butter. Nope.

I tipped online for each transaction hopefully that I would get what I paid for and not a wrong order, I was wrong.

Contacted store and corporate. Was offered a credit for next order. Declined it. I don’t mind paying for food I order, but get it right. Was told they would fix the store and employees and get it right. Nope.

About $13 for an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich. Nah.

I started at Dunkin’ instead. $6 deal and they haven’t screwed up my order once.
