Went through the drive through just now. Ordered two different breakfast meals. The total seemed low so attempted to correct the order with the girl. She then corrected the order, but it wrong again and then again. She became belligerent and we decided to simply leave. I do not recommend trying to complete anything more than a single value meal here.

As the saying goes “ my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined” This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. The service just wasn’t there. They got the order wrong twice and we still ended up not getting the right food. We placed a mobile order and waited almost 30 mins in the drive up spot. From there the employee brought us the WRONG order. My brother went in to see what was going on. Meanwhile they brought “our” food to the car. I was trying to explain to the employee that we were missing items and she just walked away. (I’m not sure if she heard me or not) when I went in my brother was still waiting on someone to give him an answer.(there were 2 other folks complaining about the same thing) I then explained to the man at the register the issue. Even in that they STILL got it wrong. We needed a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. In return they gave us the picture below. On top of that the food was cold. Like code violation cold and the orange juice was water down. I’m going to back away from McDonald’s for a while due to this horrible experience . I’m not one to really write reviews however this was beyond unacceptable.

We purchased a medium mocha frappe with 2 shots of expresso and no whipped topping. We were given the smallest cup, especially for having 2 shots of expresso and a medium drinks amount of frappe mix. If properly made, it would not fit in that cup. I am a manager for McDonald’s at a different location and I can tell you this was incorrectly made and we were actually ripped off a few dollars seeing how we didn’t receive the correct amount that should be in the cup with the 2 shots added. Also, I waited 15 minutes, then went in myself to wait another 10 just for this frappe, and I still got jipped. Sucks, when you work somewhere and know the procedure and what should be done, and they will argue the fact that it’s correct and we are wrong. This has happened 4 times here now and I’ve complained each time and didn’t bother to even ask for a replacement. It’s just starting to get frustrating with how expensive this drink is and I can’t ever get it made correct. I mean the expresso is the only actual coffee product. Just want my money’s worth

I called about a drink that I get everyday to let the employee know something tasted off about it, it also was way lighter in color then normal and had no foam at the top like it’s supposed to with it being a latte, the lady was rude telling me they just calibered it last week and it’s not how they made it. No offer to switch the drink up or refund me my $3.50, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location as they’re rude especially if they make a mistake. But knowing I go daily for a latte and it was obviously made differently this time, she was rude her customer service is very poor.

I have gone to this McDonald’s twice and both times ordered a mccrispy spicy deluxe and both times they messed my order giving me the wrong sandwich. I would highly advise against going to this McDonald’s. They clearly need new workers that actually know how to listen and do their jobs right. It’s not that difficult or hard to work at a fast food restaurant. If I could I would give it 0 stars
