The whipped ricotta was probably our favorite dish, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t a huge ricotta person! The oysters were delicious as well. We then had the linguine and risotto as our pasta dishes. They were both buttery and flavorful. We followed that up with a side of mushrooms and the tilefish, which was a unique combination of flavors that rounded out the meal perfectly.
Finally, we wrapped it all up with the vanilla bean gelato and beignet that paired beautifully together.
The La Banda drink was a standout, and so many of the menu items were memorable that I’m already wishing I could go back and order them again. The whipped ricotta was amazing, the pumpkin tortellini was outstanding, but my favorite was definitely the braised beef rotolo—so different, delicious, and truly unforgettable. The pork was fantastic as well.
Everything we had was so good that we didn’t even save room for dessert. Can’t wait to come back!
Our waitress was wonderful super bubbly and attentive. We will be back again hoping more consistency next time.
After bookending my trip to Raleigh with their sister Restaurant Crawford and Sons the first day and Brudeto the last, I couldn’t have been blown away more than this dining experience.
After a 2025 that saw them on the Michelin guide, this Adriatic style Restaurant pulls out all the stops. From two types of crudo to start, CHAR and Tuna tk the fresh focaccia.amd whipped ricotta. Everything paired w each other so well.
Then we did a pasta course, settling on the Linguine Al Nero and the Truffle Butter, Cream Risotto, both were such incredible bites that I want to go back for more.
Then for our mains we shared the CharredPctopus w roasted fingerling potatoes, the sautéed swordfish filet and the side of sautéed beets over a cream sauce, it wad all really well delivered.
Then we topped the meal off w their fresh Gelato in a twist, Their vanilla bean covered in sea salt and olive oil with their cookie butter flavor topped in a cookie crumble. The perfect end to a great meal.
As local realtors, we are always on the hunt for top-tier local restaurants to recommend, and Brodeto has shot to the top of my list. This is a must-try in Raleigh.
We visited on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was absolutely buzzing. The decor itself is worth mentioning: it’s sophisticated and warm, with beautiful earth tones and pleasant, dimmed lighting. It’s the perfect ambiance for a special date night or a client dinner.
We sampled 4 different dishes, including the Oyster Crudo, the Grilled Beef Ribeye, and the side: Grilled Potatoes, bagna cauda, black olive but the 2 absolute standouts were the dishes we highly recommend:
⭐️ Linguine al Nero: This was spectacular. The sauce was incredibly rich and creamy, but the real highlight was a unique, crunchy topping. It added a “very cool” textural contrast that made the dish unforgettable.
⭐️ Marinated Lamb Chops: These were perfection. As someone who can be particular about lamb, I was blown away. They were perfectly tender & melted in your mouth, incredibly juicy, and beautifully seasoned with well-balanced flavors, and had absolutely no gamey taste.
Because it was so busy, the wait for our entrées was a little long, but it was understandable and well worth it.
We will definitely be back and will be confidently recommending Brodeto to our clients moving to the area. We’ll be ordering that linguine and those lamb chops again!
