Fell flat for me. Nothing particularly remarkable. Their burritos are on the smaller side — not unlike a large taco — but the birria fillings weren’t anything interesting.

This was the best experience ever. For what ever reason, it has been hard to find a good old-fashioned bean and cheese burrito. These burritos were different, the salsa was different, but they were DELICIOUS. Like when I was little. Perfect crisp on the outside and Perfect amount of cheese to frijol. I like extra cheese. Best part, There were no hidden ingredients like chopped onions! Thank you so much for the perfect burrito!!

Great neighborhood place to stop in and get simple, quick food. Their burritos are amazing. Got their tinga and bean and cheese burritos…I was in heaven! $5 for a burrito isn’t bad, either. This will be a regular stop for me.

I am a loyal fan of Burritos La Palma. Today they were probably cleaning earlier and the cleaning agent is really strong. I took my togo order in my car and the agent smell came along for the ride – gave me a headache. Even my clothes smelled like it all day. Maybe dilute that stuff a bit :).

Stopped for a try of California’s best burritos and had the birria burrito and a bean and cheese burrito. The bean and cheese burrito was very soft, perfect temperature and comforting. I would definitely recommend the bean and cheese. The birria one was lacking substance. I felt like it was missing that fatty flavor from birria. The hot sauce was watery and ‘eh’. A place that didn’t have seating in the restaurant should have a salsa bar in my opinion. But I didn’t mind eating it in my car. Overall, I will be back to try other food items and the bean and cheese burrito again.

As advertised by Jonathan Gold and Michelin, these burritos are small but packed with flavor. The staff here was friendly to help select the burritos that would fill anyone’s taste palate. Sadly can’t dine in but able to make orders to go and enjoy at home.

Burrito Las Palma burritos aren’t what you think of when you think of a burrito tbh, but they’re still good. They’re more like little roll ups so definitely plan on getting multiples. The birria is flavorful. The quesidillas are also super bomb! After I though about it didn’t fill me up and it would have been good too have some crunch, but you should check it out for yourself for sure.

There is nothing quite like a birria burrito from Burritos La Palma. Anytime I’m in the Santa Ana area I have to hit this spot up. The service is always friendly and they are quick to get out the food. The birria burritos are not to be missed with delicious, tender, and juicy beef and the best flour tortilla around.
Pro Tip: I always order some extra burritos so I can heat them up later at home as well.

If you like cheese with your meat, then this is for you. There wasn’t much of anything else in the burrito or quesadilla. Ordered a Birria de res and Chicharron burrito and Queso y birria quesadilla. A lot of good reviews for this place, I don’t get it!
There is no dine in.

We ordered the Birria Burrito, Tinga Burrito, Birria Frijoles Queso Burrito and Birria Frijoles Queso Quesadilla. Got it to go, they didn’t have any indoor seating and didn’t eat it until we got home. Still pretty good and the Birria Frijoles Queso Burrito was my favorite. Salsa was nice and not too spicy.
