Our first visit here was a great experience. We stopped in on Sunday Evening around 5:30. The People here are awesome. I have a food allergy and they made it worry free! This is one of the best Sandwich shops we have been to. The meats, breads, toppings, were quality and had outstanding flavor. I don’t give 5 stars often, but the folks here deserve it.

But let me tell you, the gentlemen that helped me, his name is Andrew, is just an absolute gem for Firehouse Subs. Every customer that came in while I was there, including myself, he took care of, in such a kind, and courteous way. Even running to hold the door open for guests that were leaving after getting their food. I don’t live in Dothan, but when I come here I will make a point of stopping in again when I need some good food, and amazing service.

Love this place but I’m disappointed they never have the French dip sandwich available. It’s literally the best sandwich I’ve had from firehouse, I wish it would come back, yall would be getting my paycheck lol .

Quality food. Quality ingredients. Their sandwiches are really good. They have a TON of hot sauces you can try. Today I had their new limited time Cuban sandwich. It was amazing. I ordered the Mac and cheese as a side and it was terrible. Everyone isnt going to like everything so I’ll give them a pass on that.
