They’ll remake your food no questions asked, but they’ll hand it back to you with attitude and mess it up on purpose a second time.
Time and time again, we have had this experience. And at this point it’s just laughable. I’m SO sorry I asked you to put sour cream on my burrito I paid extra for to have sour cream on but do yall HAVE to put it at the end every time like it is affecting your wage? Seriously. 10+ times yall have done this to me lol. Make it right the first time and you won’t have 90% of the people coming back through for remakes.
After reading through all of these other reviews on this location I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted, better management is needed desperately because there is no reason for it to be a smoke spot for employees to screw off at. I have literally not ONCE had one easy experience going here, there is ALWAYS poor service, food being made improperly, or an employee with an attitude.

Food is never right . Some of the people working there are rude . U ask for hot sauce never get it. The store needs to hire all new crew all of them there now need to be fired

Reportedly the employees all don’t wash their hands. Except for potentially a small few.. The manager (I think his name was Jacoby or something) does not enforce this nor does he take food safety too seriously himself. Reportedly food service is not taken seriously in slightest at this location. Reports of bug problems and other contaminations further these concerns.

It’s taco bell.. it’s pretty usual food. The late shift is very iffy on getting orders correct. Other than that it’s ok.

so I ordered a bunch of food off of DoorDash from this location and it was completely butchered, but there was a manager there named Jacob and he completely replaced the entire order for us with no issue. It was excellent customer service and I have not experienced customer service on this level before. Good job, Jacob!

Placed an online order at 10am went to pick it up and they said the manager was late so its going to be 30 minutes before the food is ready, workers sitting outside smoking instead of making the food, just because the manager was late does not mean they cannot make the food and complete orders. As for the manager, I think they need to rethink whoever is in that position or hire an assistant manager. Terrible service, I know its just a fast food place and the workers dont really care about their job but come on, do better.
