I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Diego! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and a friendly attitude. He was quick, efficient, and really went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm and polite, which says a lot about his professionalism. It’s not often you find someone so attentive and positive at a fast-food restaurant, and Diego really stood out. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and respectful employee!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
I placed a large order and ordered a large iced coffee with no ice. Instead of receiving a full large cup of coffee, I was given what was clearly a much smaller amount — basically the volume they normally fill when adding ice.
When I politely asked to have it corrected, the supervisor came out and loudly insisted that this is considered a “large” because without ice it equals the same portion. That makes no sense. Ice is optional. If I order less ice or no ice, I should still receive the full size I paid for — just without ice. You don’t give customers extra nuggets if they skip sauce, but you also don’t reduce the amount of food because they don’t want sauce.
At Starbucks and Dunkin’, when you order a large drink with no ice, you still receive a full large cup. Here, I paid full price and received significantly less product. On top of that, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional.
Very disappointing customer service. I’ve already contacted customer support.

Worst Mcdonalds experience last night, January 3, 2026. At drive-thru ordered a #7 meal and an M&M McFlurry. The girl seemed to have a language barrier. Repeated the M&M order 3 times, she kept repeating Oreo McFlurry. As I drove away, saw on the screen she put Oreo again. At pay window, the guy was very understanding and fixed the order. At pick up window, we received everything but the fries, which are included in a #7 value meal. The kid at that window said the order was entered incorrecly as nuggets and Sprite, no fries, no value meal. We said the girl obviously made another mistake and we wanted the fries. He very blatantly got angry with us, said it was our fault for “not reading the screen” and would not give us fries. Because of his attitude we asked to return our entire order for a refund, he refused. We insisted on speaking to the manager. She also seemed to insist it was somehow our fault. After another few minutes of arguing with her, she gave us fries and we left. Mistakes happen by employees at drive-thrus, but it was their attitude towards us and their refusal to easily adjust their mistake, that will keep us away from this location in the future.

I’ve really tried to give this location a chance as they newly opened a few months ago. However, I have yet to have a good experience. Every time, the drive-thru is excessively slow, then many are often asked to pull to the side, even when pre-ordering on the app. Food has not been great… either it has been sitting under the warmer too long or is lukewarm. I was hopeful the time mgmt would improve as they got through the newness kinks. At one point, I decided to go inside because the drive-thru was not moving at all. Once I could flag down an employee as the cash register is not manned (any time I’ve gone inside this is the case), I was told they couldn’t walk my drive-thru order to the counter as that was with a different team. ??? I can’t say I’ve ever heard that at other mcdonalds locations. Customer service is non-existant in the drive-thru or counter. Thankfully there are other locations when I have a craving for the fries.

This mcdonald’s really needs to work on there listening skills. When i arrived to this mcdonald’s, I asked for a very easy order. Just a basic small frozen coke and a cheeseburger. They gave me a regular diet coke and a hamburger. And when i came back nicely and said that the order was wrong, they refused to give me a new drink and cheeseburger so i had to pay for a new one.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff was rude, dismissive, and communication was nearly impossible. The employee helping me could barely communicate in English, which made a simple order pickup unnecessarily frustrating. The manager lady acts like she owns the place in a rude way . No English ..no one knows it there ..
I walked inside to pick up my online order, and instead of helping, the employee kept loudly yelling that I should have used the drive-through — even though I had already parked and walked in. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
The place had zero customer service, zero professionalism, and a chaotic atmosphere. You expect basic service standards in the U.S., and this location fails badly. But maybe since it’s McD, they think service and customer experience don’t matter anymore.

Too crazy, they did not attend me, they left and left the box alone, had a discount code and let it beat twice I had to wait 40 minutes to be able to eat the hamburges almost forgot to do them and you played them repeated when they could give them different because outside the box it says what it is, and to add it, they get angry, weigh better as in Burger King bye..

Placed a mobile order for this location but accidentally hit drive through pickup. Went inside and the person at the counter curtly told me I had to go to the drive through. Went to my car, got in line at the drive through and waited to get to the order box, explained I hit the wrong pickup and asked if I could get it at the counter. They said yes. Parked car and went back inside where the same person at the counter started arguing with me that I need to go to the drive through. Eventually the manager came out, explained to her, she went back and got my order. This is the stupidest thing to have an issue with when they can just walk 10 feet to check and pull the order number and bring it back to the counter.
While eating, the same thing happened with another customer and they were told to go through the drive through as well.
Worst implementation of mobile ordering ever at this location. Never had this problem at other locations when this has happened.
