I have been coming here for a while, and now with the new ownership by corporate I just don’t think I will. I understand that it’s a big company so this probably won’t matter, but how can you have a store owned by an individual have excellent service then go corporate and the quality tanks? I had a carry out order that would’ve taken only a second if someone would’ve just asked if I needed help with anything else because my food was sitting there the whole time with the receipt turned away. But no, instead I got looked at like I was being annoying by 5 different people including the manager on duty. I get it, there’s a lot going on, but it takes 5 seconds to just be decent. I tried to give it a chance because it’s chick fil a how much can everything change, but to feel like i’m a nuance by just needing help is so dumb to me.

Ever since they sold it to Simon and got completely new staff ….. its terrible. The food is old, dry, not made well. The staff was rude when they messed up my order and I simply asked for them to fix it. It was like i was burdening them to get what I paid for…

Delicious food and friendly service. I had the Spicy Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad with a Diet Coke. The flavors were excellent. The salad was crunchy and light. The Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing is outstanding. I had a friend recommend this salad, and I am so glad I tried it.

The way this store has taken a turn for the worst is insane. Corporate bought it out and the service is absolutely terrible, what used to take 2 minutes now takes 15 minutes.
