Diners pluck sushi & maki rolls from a moving conveyor belt at this Japan-based chain outpost.

This was our very first time here. It was very busy but the wait was not longer than about 10 Minutes. They have a great selection of different sushi with pictures and descriptions of each one. Once ordered our food came to us very quickly via a little train car. We selected and ate a few different kinds of sushi and everything was tasty and fresh. We will definitely be going again.

Greeted and seated right away at a table. We got there just before the dinner rush. Everything is QR code to order and let the staff know if you need anything else. You can even create a table group so people can oder from your own phone but be sure to not accidentally double order from two different phones. Food quality was good for the price and staff is friendly. The portion of the Fried Squid was awesome! Didn’t eat too much this visit but was totally satisfied!

It’s been a long time since my last visit here. Everything is still the same. The menu has not changed much but they do have seasonal and special items. The special item called “Chicken Rayu” is delicious but a little more salty than my likings. Everything else was great! I always get the fried salmon here. Same old taste I had years ago.
Service is also great. Line moves quickly during lunch hours on Saturday.

We’ve been Genki fans for years. If you want really really great sushi, this is not the place. Think of it more as a fast food sushi. It’s good but it’s not fine dining. Service experience is fun with ordering in the app and the little trains zipping to your table with your order. Staff are very nice but sometimes has to be flagged down for a tea or soda refills. Great place for families. Some vegetarian/vegan options like tofu, string beans or eggplant sushi.

Super fun environment for bullet train sushi (conveyor belt sushi). Affordable price for sushi. Sushi is fresh and with a Hawaiian twist. Staff is friendly and casual. Went by myself and wait time was only a few minutes to setup my dinning area at the bar during a busy lunch time.

Fun sushi restaurant. Not the freshest fish, but good and nice dishes for the price, and great service. I just wish they had the consistant conveyor belt where you can just take what you want because there’s a lot of options to scroll through on your phone to order. And they also don’t have the plate game where you discard your plates and every 5 plates you get a chance to win a prize like some other places. But nice place to go overall.

Not wow sushi, something average. I won’t say that the prices are really cheap, the portions are small. The staff is indifferent. Everywhere is dirty. The tables are sticky, there are napkins lying under the table, the floor is wet. I love the train idea, it really amuses the kids. I don’t like the interior. A place without a soul. P.S. Before sending my review, I read other reviews and felt bad so I give it 1 star! This is not surprising, if you don’t wash, don’t clean the room, there will be rats and more, it’s logical ♀️ It turns out there are rats here and they run around this train, read the reviews before coming here! I will never come here!

Went there today for dinner and had a disgusting experience. I ordered pickled radish rolls first thing after sitting down, and they didn’t show up. This is a common occurrence for this location, often flat out forgetting to send out sushi. When I asked a waitress about this, they sent one out on a blatantly dirty plate covered in crumbs and tempura skin. The item I ordered has nothing that resembles any of the crumbs on the plate . It’s clear that the kitchen did this purposely, the other sushi guests were receiving were not in this condition, only mines. The sushi was chopped at all sorts of different sizes, not caring at all. Additionally the sushi was on a dirty plate used for premium sushi, the one I ordered is 2.15, i.e the cheapest thing on thing on the menu, meaning they just grabbed any old plate. It’s not shown too well in the photo but the plate had a number of suspicious oily smears. This Genki Sushi like most is usually average at best, but let this be a cautionary tale about asking to get food that you didn’t receive. For all we know they could’ve smeared their nuts on the plate. Historically, Genki Sushi is a filthy establishment, even causing a Hepatitis outbreak a few years ago. To anyone with a compromised immune system do not risk eating here, even the safe stuff isn’t entirely safe.

The place is pretty small for it being in a huge attraction of a mall, but that didn’t stop us from trying the food. We were placed in a waitlist of 8 parties ahead but it went pretty quick so about 20 minutes. Ordering was very very simple and gave a variety to choose from! The sushi tasted amazingly fresh, good flavor, good balance! Very very nice employees, they were short staffed but still tried their best to accommodate all the people wanting to sit and enjoy sushi. Not too pricey either, I ordered 6 times from the menu to try and it came out to 23$. Good size sushi so the 23$ were worth it! Thank you Genki Sushi! We shall be back!

Terrible experience – do not waste your time here!
The service is absolutely awful. You have to get your own utensils, and when you call the staff, they just look at you and ignore you. There’s barely any fish in the sushi, and the food takes forever to arrive. No one even checks on your table. I’m really disappointed because other places had perfect food and excellent service — but here, everything was a complete letdown.
