Went through the drive-thru and was sitting at the intercom for a hot minute. Had to say hello for them to actually respond and they had to confirm when I pulled up to the window what I had ordered three separate times. Not good.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Would probably be more beneficial for your health to take you food outside and eat it off the sidewalk. That’s even if they manage to get your order right. (They won’t) Stay away at all costs!

Went to burger and got myself 2 wraps one buffalo one regular but what is wrong with this. The piece of chicken tender was cut in half. Half a piece in each wrap smdh. Not to mention fries are salty as all hell.

Walked in the heat to get $30+ worth of food. A crew worker took 1 of our sandwiches out the bag because the rest of the food wasn’t ready. Walked back home and saw 1 of the sandwiches was missing. Called and they said come get it. Walked back they were upset and rude. The other sandwich was made and no apologies were given. This is unacceptable. By the time we got back home the rest of the food was cold & nasty. Mind you me & my sister are both 55 plus with health issues. Live near DD, frequently go, NEVER again!

Poor service, arrived from CT to buy some food. Staff completely dismissed and disconnected from the service of customers. Refused to look at me and other customers in the face. Made comments after leaving without placing an order, because none of the employees would look or address the customers. Very sad to see, first time I have experienced such a disrespect.
