Went to Taco Bell. I like going every now and then, however service here has declined immensely. I would NOT recommend going here anymore. Asked for soft steak taco and they put beef and tried to cover it up with pieces of steak. When I went back around I received an attitude and the new soft steak taco was just thrown in the bag. For there being 3-4 employees there and no line, you’d think you’d get some decent service. They didn’t even cut the chicken quesadilla which only had 5 pieces of chicken. Highly dissatisfied

-500 Service Food experience Staff How this store is still open is beyond comprehension. The 2 teenagers working are not to blame bc someone hired and “trained” them. Customers before me didn’t get their full order. When they questioned staff they seemed uninterested unconcerned. Asked(worker)for a minute. The food didn’t come for another 5 min and we waited 10 after that for our food. The kiosk system clearly isn’t synched. The drive thru took 8 orders after ours and they received their food before us. Once we finally got our food they were going to let us leave w/o our drinks. When i informed staff she acted as if i told her to shine my shoes. After arriving home i was shocked to see condition of my “food” Quesadillas weren’t cut, hard taco, soft and falling apart. FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. SAVE YOUR MONEY EAT PBJ OR A BOWL OF CEREAL.

Potatoes were burnt in my soft potato tacos, paid for extra beef for my crunch wrap supreme, got no beef whatsoever, put extra sour cream in my good when specifically requesting no sour cream, only good thing about this place is that it was clean. Never ordering at this location again

Friendly staff. So far I have had no issues with correct orders and in fact sometimes they may throw in an additional item if the food is not ready in a timely manner. Size of the food is perfect almost making me wonder if these other taco bells may be skimping on the food put in.

I ordered online. Pulled up 6 minutes later. And was told to come back in 15 minutes because they have too many orders ahead of mine. While there is no one in the driveway thru. They have atleast 3 employees inside that I could see. Pretty ridiculous.

These people are the sweetest. One lady wearing a hoodie that was working 8/24 at night had the best customer service and was so nice. Everyone seems to work well together in the kitchen and just overall a top notch atmosphere. I love coming to this Taco Bell!

Horrific customer service. Ordered online, waited 15 minutes to head over because I know they always take forever, and somehow they hadn’t even started on my order yet. No one in the parking lot so I’m not sure what they were doing. Then they ask you to “go park by the tree” and wait. Love me some taco bell but I genuinely can’t figure out how this franchisee hasn’t had their license pulled yet. Awful awful service for the brand
