Sandwiches are fine but I was super annoyed because I was coming home from a long drive with my young child and two dogs and wanted to call in an order and no one answered (can’t place an app order and drive at the same time). When I asked them in the store they told me they were “not allowed” to answer the phone…. Which if true is absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve brought the kid AND my dogs into the store because I’m “not allowed” to leave them in the car alone.

Usually this place has grumpy people and it’s normal. Today I went in and Troy and Travis and they were the exact opposite. They were just so nice! My meatball sandwich was put together by Travis and it came out so pretty! As someone with OCD he laid those tomatoes out so evenly. When we were done he asked if anything else and I said “what do you think?” and gave me some other good ideas to go with. They didn’t get annoyed when I asked for extra sauce or when I had to remember what type of cookies I was supposed to get.

This is the absolute worst place to order a DoorDash from lol. I literally don’t know why I give them a million chances but I swear to Jesus this my last time. I’m convinced they can’t read, I hate to say it lmao. Never fails, they’ll forget the double meat that costs you an extra $5. They don’t know how to toast a sandwich to save their lives. They can’t distinguish the difference between 6” or 12”. They forget 1 of 4 ingredients at least on a non-customized sub, a literal sub on the menu every time. I hate to be this person but let’s be forreal, I’m sick of it. This marks a million times too many. And lord knows they can’t blame it on being busy. There’s a hardly a soul in the store. I swear I’m not giving them no hard orders lol.

Stopped by to get a sandwich today while I was out banking. It’s about 14 miles from my home but we’ll worth the drive. This Subway is amazing!!! As a Food Service Professional I was impressed that their meat and veggie bars looked amazing. The meats and cheeses looked like real meats. You eat with your eyes first, and what a feast it was. Staff was friendly and engaging! The shop closer to me is not appetizing at all. The meats I’m sure are the same but always looks old and chopped and the staff is far less friendly! In times like this that does make a difference. Perhaps they need to visit and see the difference for themselves!

The people in the store are nice enough, however twice now ordered my favorite tuna and there is barely enough spread on the bread to cover it. Once I asked if they might add a bit more and they immediately countered needing more money. Ridiculous and worst bang for the buck you can imagine.

I usually have a great experience here, but today I did not. I ordered my usual sub, but received incorrect toppings. I was giving Chipotle southwest cause, cucumbers and no pepper. I basically was given my brothers sandwich. I was very disappointed with this experience. But still good when I pulled unwanted toppings off

Awesome!! The food is fresh, taste great and the ladies and gentlemen making your delicious subs, are really nice and personable. The shop is clean as well!! I go there at least once a week!!

Never had a bad experience here until last night. I walked in at 9:45pm, and the employee sees me, and then slammed the phone down. Poor attitude. He tried to be nice, but I can tell he was very annoyed that I walked in 15 minutes before the shop closed. Won’t be back here after dark.

i’ve always had a good experience at this subway until today, there was a young guy named joel who was very rude and disrespectful. we were trying to make his job easier as far as ringing up our subs & he was a complete ass about it.
