Ordered online for 6PM pickup. Arrived at 6:02. Inside was closed due to staffing issues. Had to wait in the drive thru. Took 53 minutes to get to the window! Got our food at 6:55PM. We literally could have sat down at one of the many Mexican restaurants in town and been served in less time. I appreciate the hard work from the couple employees that were there, but if you can’t staff the place, just close. Or at least don’t take mobil orders. There’s NO way I would have waited in that line had we not already paid. This was the 1st time I’d even been there in over a year because the last time was almost as bad. I won’t make the same mistake 3 times.

Absolutely love Krystal of Lawrenceburg Tn but tonight I don’t know if I’ll be back! Spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru to start. Then get handed a bag of cold burgers! Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but that’s ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers for my family and a small fry for me since I can’t eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. The lady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company to White Castle with a more menu options from what I’ve heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I’m not sure I want to try them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. I was pretty excited about it too. I may give them one more chance but I’m not sure. My hubby seems to likes their burgers though.

This particular Krystal located in Lawrenceburg,TN should be the one all owners should visit to see how to do it right. Great customer service and more importantly your order is fresh and correct. We eat inside and it is clean but keep in mind you are still at the Krystal.

My husband and I love Krystal’s but this 1 time our burgers were soggy upon getting it straight out the drive thru window, the bacon on 6 burgers was not cooked at all, now the fries were good, the service from the employee at window was nice and respectful, but the food was disappointing.

These are NOT chili cheese fries. I’m kinda upset that I paid over $30 for a meal and I had to ask for half of it before I left the window and it was still wrong. I won’t be back and that’s a shame Krystals are far and few between these days. I grew up with Krystals, but it seems my children will not even remember eating here.

I would put no stars! The food was old and nasty!! The cheese wasn’t even melted on the Krystal’s and fries so hard and crunchy can’t believe they would even serve that. If you won’t eat it why serve it to other people. GROSS
