I did an online order for 2 cups of ice and a sweet tea with no ice. I was the only car there and waited over 10 minutes for my order to be brought out. When I called inside to ask about my order the girl who answered was very rude and had an attitude. If you don’t like your job then stay at home.

Stopped by for a quick dinner one night. The carhop was very friendly and talkative. Our food came out quickly. There was personnel walking around emptying trash cans. It looked like they kept the grounds pretty clean. I got the garlic butter burger and it was very good. I recommend. One of the better Sonics I’ve been to in a while.

Can’t tell you how the food was, never got it. Waited 20 mins for a corn dog and a drink and when I called to confirm/cancel I get the run around . Watched cars pull up and leave after my arrival. Worst customer service experience and money wasted because I can’t get a refund !

Sit down at home ready to eat my Cookie Dough Sonic Blast only to see Oreo’s with a golf ball lump of Cookie Dough sitting on the top.
Rather than take the time to make a new blast they just dump a lump of dough on top thinking I might not notice… Seriously?

I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out pretty quickly. I took a bite and the texture was a bit off, kind of more chewy than a normal chicken sandwich so I investigated the chicken patty. It was a completely raw chicken patty that had spent enough time in the fryer for the outside to be warmed up a bit. I pushed the button on the menu and told the people inside, their response was basically “would you like something different?” No, I don’t want anything to eat at this point! I just ate raw chicken! I called the number on the receipt and spoke to a very nice Indian woman somewhere who was also disgusted with the situation and said that the situation would be given priority and to expect a call from the district manager who at this point is either dealing with several cases of this magnitude or just doesn’t see the issue as being the priority level that I do. So seeing that no one really cares if they give you food poisoning at this location, I would recommend that you either avoid it or at the very least check your food very thoroughly before eating it. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Ordered and when my Uber got there to pick up my food no one would answer the speaker, they pretended to act closed even though it was only 11:15pm and they are opened until 12:00pm. I cancelled the order and still had to pay for the food I never received.

Never thought I’d use the word ‘unenthusiastic’ to describe a burger. Today I experienced a double cheese, so dry and flavorless, that it made me write a review.
I got a combo. The fries were tasty but the portion, for a large order, was wimpy. A wimpy order of fries. And whoever prepared my order certainly didn’t go out of their way to ensure the sleeve was sufficiently filled. Is this the expectation that employee has when they visit fast food? This store has never been this bad before.
The staff that takes the order to your car is always cool and friendly. They’re the best thing about the business!
The problem is the quality and cost of the product. Before the price gouging, I would visit several times a week. Since the price gouging, I visit once a month. Shameful gouging, but every fast food is doing it now. Today however, I spent $13-something for a heaping order of buyer’s remorse. There is no timeline that exists where I can justify the waste of money I just experienced: you pay a lot for a terrible meal. After today, I’ll be sparing myself that monthly visit.
