Well not my kind of place for wings…..they were okay asked for extra crispy, and they were not, and they were lacking sauce.
Cheesesteak with Fried Onions….Onions were long and thick not 100% fried to my liking, could have done without. Overall cheesesteak was good roll was outstanding not too doughy and thick.

I had an excellent cheesesteak here! Plenty of well-seasoned meat and cheese mixed together perfectly. Unlike a lot of other places, the onions were cooked well which tells me that they were cooked with the meat and cheese (the way they should be). The roll was very good but it would have been even better if non-seeded were an option. The fries were also really good.
My brother and me ate here New Year’s Day and while there was a bit of a wait since they were short-staffed but we didn’t mind since the nice, very clean dining area had two big TV’s. I don’t live nearby but it’s totally worth the drive. Their pizza also looked really good so I’ll definitely be back.

Tasty pizza, but not sure it’s worth the price. We got the “grandmas pie” which is listed under the “large pizza” section of the menu, yet it doesn’t come close to filling the (already somewhat small) box. I’d say it’s a little bigger than a personal pizza, feeding 1.5. Whereas any normal circular large pizza in a box of that size would feed at LEAST 2 if not more people. I wish they put it in a separate section on the menu and/or gave the dimensions of each pizza like I’ve seen other restaurants do. Also, there were only 4 measly pieces of basil, not even one per slice, which was quite disappointing since it’s actually listed as an ingredient on the pizza we chose.

I really wanted to love this place—and now I finally do.
Our first visit fell short: cold pizza, stale bread, and a cheesesteak that missed the mark. But we gave Alessandro’s another try, and I am genuinely glad we did. This time I ordered in person, ran a quick errand, and picked up our pizzas right as they came out of the oven. The Spicy Soppressata (wish I had taken a photo) was fantastic, and the plain pie was devoured in minutes. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
The shop still looks great—clean, modern, and welcoming—and now the food finally matches that first impression.
It feels good to be wrong when the result is this good. We will definitely be back.

Just ordered cheesesteaks from here for the 4th time in as many weeks. Was amazing the first time, but the food has gone downhill every time since. Latest order has me questioning whether I’ll order from them again. Roll didn’t seem fresh and the onions were undercooked and cut wayyy too thick. The meat tasted great, but they seem to be cutting back on how much they give you.

Friends in Hershey’s Mill highly recommended Allesandro’s cheesesteaks. We tried them several times and we agreed entirely. They were substantial in size and very good. But yesterday we ordered a cheesesteak again (includes fries $16) and an additional order of fries ($8) for takeout. The meat in this steak was extremely hard to chew and totally unacceptable. And somehow the price totaled just over $31 ??? I asked for the available cash discount and the Hershey’s Mill discount, and the adjusted price came in at a little over $27. Pricing is a mystery, but more concerning was the much inferior quality of the steak.

5th visit and I have been very pleased with the quality of the food. The ribeye cheesesteak is excellent and the main dishes like spaghetti and meatballs are first class. The salads are A+. Ingredients are clearly top level and pasta is made at the restaurant. I really like the restaurant. The wait staff has been very nice every visit!

We wanted nothing more than to love this place. After watching a tik tok we hopped in the car and drove 30+ minutes.
Sat down right away only to wait literally an hour for just fries, meanwhile everyone around us is getting there food and leaving. We ordered a chicken ceaser wrap , which usually would be easy and quick. It was gross!
They seemed beyond overwhelmed by take out orders and unfortunately that meant no one even noticed how long we’d been sitting and waiting. Our waiter was running the entire restaurant but not once did he come over and say anything about how long the food would be or even apologize for our wait. Again, we wanted to love this restaurant but it was flop

I’m not sure what all the negative comments are about! This place was great! We had pizza (white and Grandmas pie), eggplant parm and Caesar salad. The salads were fresh, crisp and chilled. The eggplant parm was delicious with a side of penne. Both pizzas were great – thin crust and flavorful. Great food and service and a very nice atmosphere!
