On November 18 at 8:12 AM I ordered the 2 for $5 sausage croissant sandwich deal in the drive-through. There was only one car ahead of me in line and I was quickly at the window where I paid my five dollars for my two breakfast sandwiches.
Approximately 10 minutes later, another car came into the drive-through and I still had not received my sandwiches, the person working the window looked confused, there was a hurried conversation in back and then she popped her head out real quick and let me know that they had forgotten to make my breakfast. I let her know I was now going to be late for work and I needed to just go. Could I get a refund? What could we do and she said no, I just had to wait.
Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait and so I Let her know I would have to leave, Which she responded OK and so I left. Having paid five dollars, and not received anything, even an apology .
I then reached out via customer feedback and let them know of the situation in hopes of either getting a refund or at least the opportunity to get the breakfast I ordered because I’ve now paid $5 and received nothing.
Two weeks later, I have not received any word from the store. I guess this is a heads up, sometimes they will just forget to make your food, won’t apologize for it and won’t give you your money back and you’re just gonna be out.

What can we say…..Meaghan….RUDE, no customer service skills, and flat out refused to speak to us when we drove through after SHE messed up the order for flat out no listening to us give it 3 times. Instead of apologizing she decided the silent treatment was warranted. No ma’am. If this was an isolated offense I would let it go ..but this is the FIFTH time I’ve come through in morning to her being rude! Refuse to go back. Will find alternative places to spend money on breakfast!

I showed up right before closing time and they didn’t act rushed or anything. The food was delicious, our order was correct, they added in sauces that I forgot to ask for (it’s like they could read my mind, lol). As I sat by the double doors waiting for my order to be brought out I noticed how nice the outside looked (beautiful flowers, green grass, nicely landscaped, AND CLEAN)!

Absolutely ridiculous ordered a chicken wrap that clearly shows a a good size piece of chicken breaded on the menu…however what I received was less than a chicken fry size piece of meat with all of the breading scraped off to the side .I will be sending this to corporate You should be ashamed sending this out to a customer.

The only downside is only one lane of the drive thru is open most days so the line gets super long and wraps around the building which ends up blocking parked vehicles and causing issues for dine-in patrons.
The manager and staff are incredible! There friendly, professional, personable, always polite and always giving great customer service as well as being quick! They all always go above and beyond!
