I truly enjoy visiting Panera Bread. The large self-order kiosks at the front make the ordering process quick and convenient. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, and the staff members are always friendly and professional.
I especially appreciate the two fireplaces, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is plenty of seating available, making it a comfortable place to dine, work, or meet with friends. Meals are served promptly, which adds to the overall positive experience.
Overall, it is a welcoming and well-managed location that I highly recommend.

Why is this place always so dirty. I love to study here but I have to spend time wiping down the tables and seats because of how gross it always is. Carpets are also bad. Ruins the cozy vibe with how dirty it is. Food is okay, but overpriced. Service is pretty good.

Worst food ever, definitely not worth it. My husband and I both got the same thing the French dip sandwich with a soup. I’ve had this recently at my local Panera and it was fantastic, this place though was awful the auju broth had a very strong tomato soup taste as if they used the same spoon or something to scoop it with, the meat was super fatty and chewy and to top it off the chicken soup was all broth zero noodles but lots of carrots and pieces of plastic would not recommend wasting your money here

The lady who took our order made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The Garbage area was overflowing and plates piled up for over an hour and it wasn’t busy. Coffee was cold and only offered bitter, dark roast, and cold hazelnut. No light or medium and no offer to make any for our party of 10. My cheesesteak sandwich had about 1/8 oz of meat, it was awful.
The pecan twist was at least 2 days old. Too bad, Paneras used to be the place of choice, always good. Now its the place to avoid. Our group spent about $150 andcwere very disappointed.

I order from here almost everyday and today was just seriously terrible.. my sandwich had old avocado in it. You clearly see it before making it and how could someone be okay with still doing that? Absolutely not ok. I hope management sees this and reaches out for a solution.

This sweet shop had a great location, clean establishment, quality care in their food, fantastic atmosphere, & the staff are the kindest I’ve come across in the area! We stopped in for a papaya passion fruit green tea & a sweet treat to share after a 9 hour drive & were thrilled to be personally greeted as we came in! The staff were patient & light hearted about my 5 year old attempting to “work out” to stretch his legs after such a long day on the road. The manager even chatted with us (I believe Dean was his name). Since we always stay at the La Quinta not far from the strip when visiting Missouri, we will return to this location without hesitation.

All Panera locations have been in decline over the years but this location’s standards are particularly bad. This photo is exactly what we found when we opened a sandwich: some wilted lettuce, clumps of cheese, and sauce poured over one edge. Tossed this and another that were just bad.
We keep saying let’s try Panera again, because we want it to be good. But they are all about reducing quality to hit a price point.

Great location and always friendly service. Food is delivered to your table and staff regularly walk around and clear plates. They have the quick-serve stations and everything is very convenient and quick. Parking can be a bit hectic at this particular spot, especially during Peak lunch or dinner times.
