Where to start. Dried up wings over cooked to dryness or refried. So hard its like eating crunchy chewy jerky. Wings the size of a mans thumb. Ordering 15pc and getting 14pc. 50% filled ranch cups. Next time we’ll support a local mom and pop restaurant instead. BWW is an absolute disappointment.

Walked in for a sit-down lunch towards around 3:00pm,
And was sat down quickly and the server I had was super nice, and made sure everything came out quickly, and pretty quickly.
Nothing crazy about the food.
We’ve all had Buffalo Wild Wings,

But mainly the service was super nice, and the atmosphere was to be as expected:
The only thing I can say about this location is that, it’ just seemed more dead? Like-
Nobody really seemed happy to be there.

They recently changed pricing of this location. Happy hour specials are practically menu priced and nowhere near the advertised pricing on website. We come here for an affordable family outing and that now will stop. We can travel to a location within proximity for a much lower price point. Shame on management.

Giving a ‘3’ due to manager. Kevin was less than accommodating to put our Islanders on audio for the 1st game of the season. With the Giants coming on, we get it, but for the first 45 min would have been appreciated. He was “too busy” and wouldn’t acknowledge the request. Very disappointing as we are frequent customers.

The selection was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful given that we turned up, a group of 12 and then asked for 3 separate checks (yes…we were that group I’m afraid)

Worst food ive ever had dined here with the wife for dinner ordered mushroom swiss burger and the beer cheesesteak sandwhich both the food was disgusting bread was stale and falling apart the portion size was small like a kids meal and looked nothing like the picture on the menu at all fries were ice cold and cheese on both was watered down absolutely disgusted what a waste of money this was we will never come back please save your money and go somewhere else terrible as far as the waiter he spent more time hiding and playing with a quarter and his beard the whole time

I order here probably 4 times a week (bad habit) whatever it’s my lunch break okay.
So anyways, I order here a lot and my togo food orders are sooooo inconsistent it’s now pissing me off. When I order a side of fries, please don’t just give me 12 French fries that are cooked to a crisp. Every single time I order , there’s something wrong with the order. I’m not one to entirely complain, especially when the world isn’t ending over a tomato being on my burger even though I asked to remove it… but after approximately 16 orders just this month, it’s finally made me mad enough to write a review. Will this solve my problems, probably not but I’m not confrontational, I just want consistent food. It’s aggravating because I order the same exact thing 4x a week.
Moral of the review, please work on your to go order consistency. Thank you!
