Food is great but Taco Bell count your days with this small street chalupa taco. The picture makes it look like a regular chalupa but what you get is a mini chalupa. The taste is spectacular though. You can taste all the flavor and it has a crunch to it. I feel it should be bigger. The other food items are good but not better than the mini chalupa taco. The service is also great but I don’t get my recipe in the drive through so I order in the app for my points.

The only good thing about this tacobell is they are fast sometimes and when the food is actually made properly it is some of the best Tacobell I’ve had.
The issue is, my order wasn’t right and I didn’t receive any hot sauce even after the employee confirmed it on the speaker. I get to the window and they don’t speak a single word to me the entire interaction. And my bowl didn’t come with the avocado ranch sauce on it like it’s supposed to. As you can see no sauce on it in the photo and there was sour cream which I specifically asked for no sour cream because their sour cream really puts the sour in sour cream. On top of they, they forget utensils and napkins often on top of the sauces. The service is just awful unlike the quality of the food itself (the tacobell in my hometown had good service but the guac was always freezer burnt or something similar)

I should have taken a picture of the burrito too, I thought I’d let it go and then I get to this quesadilla not even cut all the way through and hardly anything in it. Food is consistently under made and if they mail you coupons for their mess up this location doesn’t accept them.

The worst place to get fast food. Half the order is always missing and THEY DONT COOK THE FOOD. Literally got a cheesy roll up for my son and it was just cold shredded cheese thrown into a cold taco. This place is pitiful and full of lazy people. I was the only person there so there is no excuse to why all this happened.

I visit this location often. The food is always made correctly, hot & good. I’ve never had a long wait even at times when they are super busy & have always received excellent service. It’s rare to be able to give such a great review of a fast food restaurant but these folks have earned & deserve it.

I genuinely hate this place. Everytime I come here, there’s always something missing or wrong. They do not give you enough straws, they will not give you sauces after asking. They will leave tacos off your meal. And the quality is ridiculous. Last time I received a taco with nothing in it. In the past I’ve gotten a steak taco with literally one piece of steak. They are very rude when you ask them to fix it as well. I wish management would stand up and try to make this place at least do the bare minimum of ensuring you even get what you order.
