Go here if you want truly FAST food! Wow! After 50+ years of going to Taco Bell, tonight I had the best service ever! I ordered on the app and right away it told me that my order was ready. I found that. hard to believe so I waited a minute before I got out of the car to pick up my order inside. I went to the counter, I was asked for my name, I told her, and said that I just ordered so I doubt it’s ready. She checked and it was ready! Shocking! I went to my seat and began eating my taco. Then I looked at my phone and realized from the time I ordered to the time I ate was 4 minutes! Unbelievable! The restaurant was super clean and staff were all in good moods, pleasant, and helpful too. After eating, I commended the staff and asked for the manager, Luis. I found out friendly and efficient Emily was quick to give me my order, lightning-speed Daniel likely was the one who made my food soooo fast and perfectly too (impressive!), and super happy, eager-to-help, Cristofer helped me at the end of my visit. Luis has a great team so he is to be commended too. I am still shocked hours later. Fantastic in very way!!!

This Taco Bell location has a clean interior and the overall vibe of the place is well kept and respectable. The bathrooms are nice and clean And it’s a good location all things considered. I haven’t ordered food here before, I’ve only ever picked up a bunch of DoorDash and Uber eats orders. The staff are polite and respectful, the service is good and the turnover time on orders is very quick overall. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at this location in terms of picking up orders for delivery.

I love the Taco Bell. I love the new ordering system on the touchpad. We often adjust our order to our liking. If you don’t want to have dairy, there’s a button at the very bottom which will allow you to substitute all dairy for salsa. That is a great invention!
The crunchwrap I got on this occasion was not as crunchy as usual which made me very sad. What is the purpose of a crunchwrap? To be crunchy! I didn’t like the customer crunchwrap with the steak. I think the regular crunchwrap is perfect as is.

Had to go back to drive thru twice. Ordered 3 items. First time, they forgot an order of chicken nuggets. Second time forgot sauce that we paid extra for. Third time, I gave up as realized chalipa supreme wasn’t even wrapped and sour cream, lettuce, etc stopped all over in the bag housing all the napkins and bag. Not going back. Tonight. Or anytime soon.

I ordered for my son a luxe box with extra beef in the burrito, and a soft taco instead of crunchy. The lady who took the order asked which type of mountain dew was wanted a total of 3 TIMES (Baja blast was the answer each time) and still he got the wrong type (regular), they charged for extra beef on both the burrito and the taco, but he received hardly any in either!

We came into this location at around 4pm on 1/3/26. There was two other customers in the building waiting on food. And maybe one car in the drive thru. By the time we placed our order there was no one. We sat down and waited about ten minutes. In that time maybe one or two cars came through. So we got up to get our drinks so we could start on those. When we asked, the employees seemed confused and looked for our order. We got our drinks and sat down and watched as all the employees who were walking around and talking (about five) frantically looked at the screens and then started to make our order. So we went to check on it and they said it would be out soon. We waited there twenty minutes in a dead Taco Bell. We understand if the order got lost or was accidentally deleted, but when there is people waiting and you have no orders why would you not ask for what they are waiting on? On top of that they quickly handed us our food with no form of compensation for our time. Even though this isn’t the first time this happened to us! Only last time they gave us two free taco tickets. My boyfriend went back up to ask for anything and without a word being said the young man working the drive thru handed him a taco ticket. We will not be returning to this location. Which is disappointing because this place was our go to and we came here a lot.

I waited 15 minutes for my in-store order. They keep prioritizing drive-thru orders over mine. I ordered 2 five layer burritos and they gave me two bean/cheese burritos. They would not fix it at the counter. As a long time customer, I know what a 5 layer is, and what they gave me was not correct.

Got the spicy veg mexican pizza and an enchilada burrito. The burrito was not good, but mexican pizza was as you’d expect. I do feel like both were not as hot as tbell normally serves food. The drive through worker was rude. I asked for a minute to order, and he said no, then when i said ok, are you ready? They said nothing for 30 seconds-1 minute, and then someone new said sorry what would you like?” It’s fast food, so I’m not expecting 5 star service, but kind of weird!

They messed up yet again. First time no sour cream in Supreme tacos. Came back Stephanie the manager fixed it. I told her no tomatoes just Like the last order because I’m allergic… spent an hour in the bathroom because I ingested a few hidden in between the cheese. Don’t go here They don’t follow directions on food allergies. I called and a employee handed her the phone and she hung up on me.
