Last few times ive came in there around 845-9pm the staff acts as if no ones standing there. Tonight myself and 4 basketball players from Wittenberg walked in and were standing there for a good 5 minutes or more while the employees did everything other than greet or acknowledge our presence. Its a bunch of kids that have no clue about life running that place. It would be expected if they were making $10/hr. But this place pays them good money and they should conduct themselves that way

We’ve been trying to find a Chinese restaurant and decided to try this. I don’t like to leave a bad review, but the food was so bad, we left. I ate beef and mushrooms and it was spoiled. The first few bites were okay and then the next bite had an unrecognizable taste and texture and it was so bad I had to spit it out. I’m worried I’m going to get sick today. The egg rolls were dripping in grease and tasted horrible!! The shrimp was old and chewy and dry. The fried rice had no taste at all and it didn’t smell very good. The other few bites I tried were not good either. The Crab Rangoon wasn’t good and I’ve never had bad Crab Rangoon before. The dumplings were dried out and so hard you couldn’t eat them. There were only a few entrees to choose from – spoiled mushroom & beef, chicken & broccoli and maybe 1 or two others. All this for $26.00 for 2 lunches. We left still needing to go get lunch somewhere else. My biggest worry now is getting food poisoning.

The family and I were in Springfield for a visit and wanted to try China Buffet, we were in around 10:45 am. Perfect time for a laid back quiet lunch. The lady in the front service desk was friendly and helpful to my questions. The bathroom was clean which I appreciate. The food was surprisingly good for a buffet. Their fried zucchini and garlic chicken is a must have. Not a huge dessert selection but enough to satisfy a customer. The kids loved the Japanese sushi. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and food was hot and fresh and the prices is unbeatable!

I love the atmosphere. It feels more like a dining restaurant from home a very welcoming atmosphere. The food is incredibly Very good and they make you feel like you’re right at home. It’s the only buffet restaurant I would go to in the entire city of Springfield.

This place is not great. I usually go to Asian buffets for their crab rangoon and it was the worst tasting crab rangoon I’ve ever had. It was weird tasting and the selection of food wasn’t very good either. I don’t think I saw any steak. Pretty much just chicken. And the stuff I tasted wasn’t different from the next thing I tried. Service was fine but I mean you get everything yourself (food and drink). The only interactions were when they took my plates as I was leaving and when I came in to pay to get in

Staff is always friendly, prices are not over priced, and the food is amazing. Great place to go with kids. The employees are always very friendly to my children and helpful explaining to them what certain foods are. Great chance for your kids to try something new. Their sushi is always fresh and absolutely amazing. We look forward to our next visit
