Cinnamon raisin biscuits are back!
I saw that sign and it made me want to stop. Since it was after 5pm, I figured if they had any cinnamon raisin biscuits left they would probably be old and hard. I was delighted to find out that they were fresh, soft, and delicious. I also got a sweet tea. It was fresh brewed, and tasted great! The young lady who took my order and handed out my food was super sweet. I regret that I didn’t ask her name to put on the survey. I got truly excellent customer service. And that is so rare these days. Good job Hardee’s!

We went through the drive thru the day after xmas and the woman, I think a manager, told us a racist joke before taking our money.
This is not only unprofessional, it’s unacceptable behavior and while I only happened to us once I have no doubt it’s happened many times over.

Only two employees working at 6 p.m. We stood at the register for a few minutes before anyone even noticed us. We started making loud noise so they’d hear us. Finally someone noticed us but motioned for us to ‘just give them a minute’. So, we continued to wait.
The employee came up to the register soon after that and just looked at us, no “hello, how may I help you?”, no “welcome!”, no apology for the wait, not a word. Just stood there and stared expectantly at us. So we ordered. As we were trying to place our order, the other employee in the back kept yelling at her to come here/hurry up. In her defense I don’t think she knew there were customers inside, but still! It was very rude. The employee trying to take our order kept laughing uncomfortably, then finally poked her head into the back and said quietly “Just a minute!”, then returned to the register. The employee in the back continued yelling.
We finished placing our order. Went and sat down. We could hear the employee in the back randomly swearing throughout our entire visit. The employee that took our order brought the food out to our table, surprisingly within 8-10 minutes.
The burger was okay, a little less than average. The fries had the distinct taste of being in oil for a long time. That’s when I noticed no condiments available. So, I went up to the front and waited. She stopped and just looked at me. I asked if I could have ketchup and she handed me three packets. I said “Thank you.” No response, she just rushed away. We finished our meal and left.
I was disappointed, I had a higher expectation of Hardee’s. I definitely don’t want to return to this one.

Absolutely awful. I couldn’t eat the sandwiches I paid for because the buns were rock hard and charred. Last time I ordered they were completely out of roast beef and this time they didn’t put the cheese and include the condiments that come on it. Fries were cold and soggy. $40 for this was NOT worth it at all.

I visited the Hardee’s in Sabraton WV on Saturday October 25th at 10:20am. and the older woman running for DT was screaming at the nice girl who was running orders out and presenting the food.Her name was Kathy. She was screaming asking where she went to the other woman. In the mean time I clearly heard her tell that girl to take out an order. It was verbal abuse. They kept telling me to pull up and I couldn’t bc they parked every car. It looks like to me like they’re trying to make their service times. I work in fast food. The girl was still smiling. I don’t blame her if she quit. Kathy needs to be spoken to about her abuse. Customers inside also heard her screaming.

Everytime I come here there “char” is always down. And this time the excuse was that it needed to “warm up” AT 6:00PM. That is something that should’ve been done at OPENING TIME. Employee working the window lied to me saying I’d have my money back today. Which couldn’t be farther from the truth. So now my family is out of a dinner tonight and has to go hungry because people refuse to do their jobs correctly. This is a SAD EXCUSE of a “business”.

Stopped here around 830pm on a Saturday night. There was only 1 person working, so we waited a good 10 minutes in the drive thru for her to come out with our food. Our fries CLEARLY were old ones, that were placed back in oil to heat up. They were so hard, that they were inedible. We ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, which had ZERO bacon, a stale bun, and overcooked patty. I spent $30 for food we could not eat, and ended up going next door to McDonald’s. Never again!

The Hand Breaded chicken BLT is probably the best chicken sandwich of all the chain restaurants. The chicken was big, juicy, and stuffed with lots of bacon, tomatoes and lettuce and was delicious. Servers went out of their way to give good and friendly service and brought the meal out to the car to avoid sitting by the window.

I usually love Hardee’s but they messed up my order thru drive thru. Then when I called and politely asked for a refund, was told I’d need to bring the physical card back to the store for a refund. I was already on the interstate! I gotta waste my gas to get my money for their mistake? Like I said normally I love Hardee’s but this one needs a new GM, bad.
