Must be under new ownership or management. Ordered from here for years. Manager was very rude when I called to tell them there was no spinach or bacon in my bowl and no extra black olives on the pizza. Plus the receipt shows that they were out of mushrooms so instead of refunding the cost they said they added extra of other stuff!?!?

Food was fine. Didn’t receive one item we ordered. I spent 35 minutes on hold trying to let them know of their mistake – they never picked up. So I called the next day. The girl said she was unable to issue refunds, but her manager would be in later to do it. I called a couple of days later to confirm the refund. It hadn’t been done, but the man I spoke with said he was doing it right then. Needless to say, I never got that refund. I can’t abide liars. Keep the money Marco’s and I will keep my business.
Edit 12/8/25 – Response from the company is empty. I did what they directed me to do. No response from them to “make it right”. No follow-up at all. And they still have my money for food I never received.

sad when I got home with the food my breadsticks were so under cooked we had to throw them away and it was to late to go all the way back to the store to get a fresh one 🙁

Marcos is one of my favorite pizza places the Woods Chapel location is amazing and ALWAYS has quality/amazing looking and tasting food but I was disappointed with this location this is my first time ordering from this location and probably my last the pepperoni and beef pizza had super dry overcooked ground beef thrown on top and my pineapple pizza was literally gummy and underdone and the toppings were also basically uncooked still cold. I picked my order up on time so I’m wondering if they took the pineapple one out too soon my babies didn’t want to eat it and they love Marcos. The customer service is subpar but it’s no big deal.

We waited for our food for over an hour and it still wasn’t even in construction. We called and there was only 1 person working and he said he was backed up 70 orders. We weren’t reimbursed for our time wasted and I have hungry kids. They’ve wasted a ton of time and I have to put my kids down to bed now right after late dinner.

Pizza lover here, decided to order pizza from here. i usually order from papa johns but decided to change it up, and got a really werid vibe im assuming from the manager. She was going on about how I shouldn’t have been aloud to use a coupon for the pizzas I got. She was mad that the coupon I used let me get 2 xl for like 23 bucks. You think they would be happy to have a new customer. After this I honestly don’t think I’ll ever buy Marcos pizza again.

I made a large order from Marco’s Pizza a couple day’s ago. I truly thought I was going to get some really good Italian food to eat! I ordered thin crust all meat pizza large. I also ordered a Italian sub with no onions or tomato with wheat bread and extra provolone cheese. And I also ordered cheese bread with garlic dipping sauce. Well I had to call the management to let them know what my pizza looked like and this was only just the beginning of how my food was looking. The delivery woman came and took the pizza back with all the other food that I had ordered from Marco’s pizza. No one from management called me back to let me know if I was getting credit or my money back. Here I was out $40.00 for the food. I am sorry no one except for the delivery woman said. I was very hungry and very upset because I still had no food to eat. That place use to be really good place to order from! In only my personal opinion I will never order from Marco’s ever again. They got a free $40.00 from me!! Here are the picture’s of the food that was brought to me. I personally do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Great experience with great service. Pizza is good and toppings are plentiful. Definitely feel like you get what you pay for. Plenty of cheese and cooked right. Product looks like the pictures you see. So many places do not! Definitely better product than the “other” guy in town.

Don’t bother going to this location anymore, it’s been downhill since February. It’s under new management yet again which is somehow worse than before. None of the equipment/dishes are washed or sanitized correctly and food is prepared without any thought of contamination.
