Really flavorful noodle soup dishes. We got the combo with an appetizer and noodle soup. We got the chicken noodle soup with veggies, it had bamboo, spinach, chicken, more veggies and noodles. The vegetarian with miso based soup and VERY delicious tofu. We finished the meal with churro and vanilla ice cream.

We stopped by Silverlake Ramen in Kirkland and were impressed by the food — but left with mixed feelings overall.

Veg Spicy Ramen
A flavorful, plant-based option with a rich, spicy broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The vegetables were fresh and hearty, and the spice level was just right — warming but not overpowering.

Pork Blaze Ramen
This one stole the show. The pork was tender and smoky, and the creamy, spicy broth was deeply satisfying. A must-try for meat lovers.

Service Experience
Unfortunately, our dining experience was dampened by an uncomfortable interaction. A woman — possibly the owner — repeatedly hovered near our table and eventually asked us to pay before we had even finished our meal. We were there for about 45 minutes, eating at a relaxed pace, and felt rushed and unwelcome by the end. It was an odd and disappointing moment in an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Final Thoughts
The ramen is undeniably good, but the service left us feeling uneasy. We hope this was a one-off incident, because the food deserves better hospitality to match.

Ramen was cooked well and it’s decent portions. Th e broth is very good and I loved the thick pork belly. We also ordered a pork bun and tuna appetizer. Pork belly was nice, tuna not so much. I’d recommend skipping that. The chicken karage might be the best thing they make. Very nice. The Cheops are not good. Overcooked and under seasoned. The service wasn’t great. Took a long time to get our order taken and server didn’t check on us.

I wanted to love this spot: creamy pork ramen in the cutest spot and I’m there. Unfortunately, the ramen was a little flavorless and shockingly, not all that salty. The big hits are the appies – the roasted broccolini with a creamy aioli sauce and karaage were amazing! Definitely the highlight of our lunch.

Parking during the lunch hour in the new Totem Lake area can be a little crazy, but is free and there is a garage.

The service was ok. not the most attentive, but adequate. Food came out very fast. My daughter liked her ramen said 9/10 but not the best she’s gotten. I ordered the chicken karaage and it was good, but later it made my stomach upset, I can tell because it was only thing I ate that afternoon and the, well, burp ups. Overall I can’t recommend due to the issue with my stomach.

I ordered four bowls of tonkotsu ramen via Instacart from this location and picked them up in person. All containers were sealed when I brought them home.

I was in the middle of eating my bowl, I found something on top of the soup, like a seed head with some black lines on it, so I picked it out instead of eating it. It turned out to be a dead green stink bug (I have photos). If you look at it from 10-inch distance, hard to tell. I can’t imagine if I ate it. My tongue felt numb for a few hours. I threw away the other three bowls since they were made in the same batch. And told my family not to eat it and we got something else.

I contacted Instacart and the restaurant. Instacart restaurant was powered by Uber Eats and no customer service number available, I submitted photo via chat and the AI agent refused to refund the order. Then I contacted the restaurant because they seems to be responsible when I first called. But I was told that they can’t refund, only offered a free meal next time by mentioning the owner’s or manager’s name. To be honest, I am not sure if it works. More importantly, due to this food safety issue, I personally do not feel comfortable returning. And I suggest them to separate the greens for any coming take-away.

Best ramen in and around, we ordered the combo chicken ramen and chicken bao. Food was serviced fast, the flavors are amazing. They don’t have huge menu, which I feel is good. I can’t wait to go back.

Really delicious ramen and other dishes! We love the gyoza, Blaze ramen and crispy chicken karaage. We’ve never had to wait for a table and the service is excellent and everyone who works there is always very friendly. We’ve also gotten it delivered at home and it was very good.

Genuinely not sure why this doesn’t have atleast a 4.5/5 rating because it’s been consistently great every single time I’ve been here. Their food is reasonably priced, always comes out quick and fresh, and is absolutely delicious. The ramen broth isn’t too salty. The portions are perfect. The chicken karaage is crispy, tender and juicy on the inside. I love this place.
