Wonderful place. They roast their own coffee fresh with so many options. BEST coffee we had in Wisconsin. What a great place, worth driving a long distance!!!!! We took home 3 different bags of coffee to grind at home.

The brothers that run Pinky Promise are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They roast their own beans, and we’ve purchased a few bags from time to time. Their lattes are very good. On this visit, my wife got a Cubano, which unfortunately did not meet her expectations. We thought it was supposed to be made with sweetened condensed milk, the way a typical Cuban is made, but this was mostly espresso. The espresso itself was good though.

Coffee roasters who opened their own coffee shop. Very good coffee. Views of their roaster, opens into a studio of local artists. Very friendly owners. Baked goods available, we didn’t try them. New venue opened this year.

This is one of the worst experiences I had in a while … I had not only very expensive coffee but the lgbtq community idea is not need to be promoted in a coffee place ! The barista was dressed like a Halloween time theme … what a bad place to spend almost 8 dollars for a mocha . And iced coffee made in a cup for hot ?! What is that ?! I would never come back here . Sorry . Hope you enjoy your stole but it was pretty bad idea to be part of that .

Pinky Promise Coffee in Sturgeon Bay is an absolute gem! The coffee is fantastic – rich and flavorful. The space itself has a really cool and inviting vibe, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up. To top it all off, the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Five stars all the way!

THE BEST COFFEE of my life!!! At the first sip of their Columbian Medium roast (with just a touch of cream and sugar), I froze in my tracks. Time stopped. I was overcome by the astonishingly satisfying flavor and balance. I forgot about all of my problems, for just a moment, and sunk into that perfection of their roast. It’s rare for me to find that perfect balance of flavorful and bold without being overly acidic or bitter, while also not being watery or too weak, and THIS was it.
After that first sip, I had to tell someone, so I told Robert who was working behind the counter, just how much I loved this coffee. Robert was, from the start, so incredibly friendly and helpful, and a real pleasure to talk to. Robert warmly thanked me and said he’d pass my compliment to the owner.
For the next hour, I sat in the small, but very comfortable seating area, and began what I came for: To get on WIFI and work on my laptop and try to get something meaningful done. Not only did I get it done, I basically redesigned my worklife. I attribute my success in this (which I’d wanted to do for months) to the positive energy of that Columbian medium roast, the friendiness of Robert, and the warmth and optimism of the guests and staff that came in.
As if this wasn’t already an amazing morning, Robert also introduced me to the owner, Sean, who told me a little about his roasting process (this has been his passion for 20 years!) One by one, really friendly people and staff came through the doors, and Robert introduced me to basically everyone that would be good for me to know in the local arts and music community, of which I am a new member.
I left Pinky Promise and went on to have probably the most productive and satisfying day I can recall in probably the past 5 years.
Thank you Sean, thank you Robert, thank you Pinky Promise!

Great little downtown Cafe. They have a pretty good size menu so anyone should find something they like. The staff was friendly. I can also tell this place who knows coffee because they sell a lot of Fellow equipment like their vacuum sealed canisters and grinders. I bought a small bag of whole bean coffee. I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it’ll be delicious.
