First of all I tried to call direct to the store but only could get the call center. So we went to Pizza Hut ( 1/12/26 5:43 pm )to order the big promotion pie “Big New Yorker” advertised on TV. The worker new nothing about what pizza that was. She then put in our 2 pizza order the best she could. We got the pizza’s home they were terrible. Crust tasted like cardboard, skimpy sauce, skimpy cheese, skimpy pepperoni. Ruined our football party.
Threw most of the pizza’s in the garbage. Called back the store, again call center no direct contact. Sent in an e-mail complaint.
Received an automated response from corporate that someone would contact me in 3 days, it has been 8 days no response from either the store or main Pizza Hut consumer affairs. Very Sad Pizza Hut corporate does not care either . **I responded to your request over one month ago by email twice and no one has reached back out to me. Very disappointing. I will not recommend Pizza Hut, especially this location.

Update, tonight my pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and efficient even tho the place was non stop busy. My toppings were generous, BUT where’s the sauce? They were so cheap with the sauce that this pizza tasted like there was no sauce. Your pizza needs more sauce, guys, and your Large is the size of a medium. Happy Pi Day!
Original review: This is a great location with pro staff. My only complaint is that the chain keeps shrinking the pies, it’s so lame. Anyway it’s yummy, cooked correctly and awesome from this location.

No greeting, what I mean is they didn’tsay. Hello, welcome to Pizza Hut. How can I help you? None of that. My Pizza wasn’t even properly. Cut, pepperoni was almost burnt crisp. PIZZA HUT could do better.

And that’s why employees has not customer service because they are following the door steps of the rude non customer service manager 1st and last time coming here. And the. There are few Pizza Huts left in Rochester so I love stopping here when I go over to the nearby ReStore. Nothing better than a good greasy-in-good way, hot, perfect crust on a personal pan pizza. Service was good too and I love that they serve Pepsi and not Coke. They even have plates, utensils, and napkins easily accessible for all the take out orders for people to grab and go.

Good and fast service. Love the seasonal specials. Recently tried the popper pizza and the breaded chicken wings. Both were amazing. The wings with the ranch was an amazing combo. The pizza is cheesy and the crust was really good

The pasta was disappointing. It was dried out, had little sauce on it and was burnt around the edges. The pizza was great though.
Update 01/03/22: On 12/09/21 I received a response from “The Owner” asking for my contact info and they would “make this right”. I sent them my contact info and a picture of the remaining pasta. As of today, I have not received a reply.

743pm: finally arrived. Pizza was hot but a little soggy. Delivery driver was great (an older gentleman, didn’t catch his name) and I feel like he may have been the only driver.
Store service could use a big improvement.
Update: it is now 7:04 p.m. and the order is still not here. I finally got a hold of somebody and the restaurant and they said the pizza order was received but it wasn’t even made yet. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m close to calling them to cancel my order.

Almost 45 minutes after it’s supposed to be here and still no update.
Calling the store does nothing, no one picks up. But the money was taken after paying online.
We’ve been customers for almost 4 decades and we are disappointed.
If you’re not able to fulfill orders then maybe you need to turn off ordering online.
