We offer different style of food when compared to the Tex-Mex gastro in East Texas. We offer signature dishes like the Surf and Turf Burrito, Rolled Tacos, Carne Asada Burritos, Carne Asada Tacos, Carne Asada Fries and Nachos. To mention a few others, Quesadillas, Tortas, Chile Rellenos, Enchiladas with Mole sauce or Green Salsa. We also offer Carnitas estilo Colima, crunchy yet tender and savory pulled pork. this meat can be offered in Tacos, Tortas, a plate with beans and rice. Also, Shrimp burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas or in a fajita style plate with Hot heat or low heat.

Our recent experience at Colima’s was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu offered a wide selection of authentic Mexican dishes. We ordered the Chile Rellenos and Rolled Taco plates. The portions were generous, the guacamole was fresh, and the mole sauce was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to guide us through the extensive menu and kept checking on us to ensure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Colima’s to anyone craving delicious Mexican cuisine.

The staff and cook are the best and so friendly. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this is 100% the place to eat. I’m from Houston, TX where Mexican culture and food is prevalent, Colima’s is hands down my favorite place to eat in Texarkana.

Best Mexican food ever! The lady at the counter was helpful and fun to talk to, lots of people were ordering and coming and going, the place has a great atmosphere.
I got the surf and turf burrito and it was HUGE and the flavors were on point! My mom’s chicken quesadilla was gigantic and super tasty as well. We also enjoyed the horchata and hibiscus tea. The prices are great, especially for the huge portions.

Colleagues told me to try a breakfast burrito. I ordered ham, egg, cheese, potato and grilled onions. I was only able to eat half because they are ginormous! I walked in but I waddled out. Highly recommend!
