I pulled up to the window to get my food and I told the lady nicely that I had Apple Pay. Mind you they are great with Apple Pay and have no problem taking my phone to the reader but today this lady said that this is how far the reader goes and has my hanging out my window. She then proceeded to say that it was my fault and should’ve pulled up closer to the window. I have no problem with that but then she closed the window in my face and shook her head knowing I could see her. She opened the window and gave me my food without a word. I said maybe you could’ve taken my phone and scanned it. She ignored me. And that’s why she’s making 15.50 an hr ☺️

I don’t know why I keep coming back to this hole. Everytime they mess something up, and I come three times a week. I got home and noticed they didn’t give me my hash browns. You shouldn’t have to check before leaving. BS. These employees don’t give a crap.

This place can never do food and is always out of stuff or they mess up the order. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. They’re always cleaning the ovens. They also almost never make my drink right. Last time I ordered a caramel latte and there was no caramel at all. When I actually can get food, I have to check to make sure it’s all there and correct because it’s often not.

staff preoccupied by their cell phones – which is usually fine if you can do that while also being able to get my order correct (which did not happen) or if you are also able to interact with customers without making them feel like they are an inconvenience to you.

I have ordered here about 15 times, and for ~10 of them, I have had mistake(s) with my order. Missing items, wrong items. My favorite is when I order a “frozen chocolate” and it is neither frozen nor chocolate, which has happened 3 times out of 7. Or when I order an item through their app, am told it is not in stock and am promised a refund or replacement the next time, and never get either. And I actively avoid going when it’s busy, so I think it says a lot that there are so many issues even when I’m the only one waiting, and I’ve ordered 5+ minutes ahead. This says two stars, but I’m basically rounding up a 1.5.

I agree with other reviews here, I love Dunkin but I am done visiting this Dunkin; everyday no matter what time they are rude and can NEVER get a simple iced regular correct. Don’t they know that a “Dunkin Regular” has sugar in it? Somedays they add it most they don’t. Tried asking a question the other day and they shut the window in the drive-through on me. Just pay attention to the customers instead of your fellow employees and “DO YOUR JOB!!” RUDE and BAD customer service!

Woman that has red dye in her hair needs to not work with customers!
Kept asking me to repeat the coffee at the front desk, so clearly wasn’t paying attention to the customers and also needs to have a different vocabulary and not swear in front of customers.
Literally every other word!!!
Then to top it off I got 4 coffees and she just placed them on the counter and walked away without even providing a tray ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️
