I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese…. and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning…. which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders…. while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that’s not what I usually see when I go out.
That’s why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.

Moved to Edmond around a year ago. Have been to this location 3 times since moving here. Each time they are “out of roast beef”. Disappointing as Arby’s has seemingly been a solid go to for an easy meal for the family. Will never return to Arby’s again. Employees have always been nice to let me know they are out of stock after I ordered and sat in line for however long. Do better Arby’s….may you fail in peace

I had our meals doordashed as it’s the first day of school and everyone is exhausted. We got it with fries dumped out in the bag, no Arby’s sauce (which we love) and no straws for 3 drinks. Ridiculous.

Ordered my food, lady swipes my card hits a button and does it a few more times. I check my account and she charged me more than what the order was. When we go in she’s smiling laughing like everything is all fun and games. The guy that said he was a manager looked confused and wasn’t sure what to do. Said he refunded my money back to my card but it still hasn’t come back to my card. Very irritating that they stole money from me. Corporate only offered to take a complaint and said someone would be reaching out to me. That doesn’t help with the money they stole from me. First and LAST time I go to this location

Food always comes out hot and tastes good. Service can be slow at times but you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The ham and cheese is good and I am glad they brought the potato cakes back

I’ll admit it’s probably too quiet. But, it’s about the food! I was fixed one of the best sandwiches I have had in years. Anywhere, and I travel! It was a turkey on toasted bread. That sounds too simple. But it wasn’t. The sandwich is full of other ingredients, there wasn’t an inch without meat! It was cut perfectly, it was toasted perfectly. I actually finished my food in one sitting. I didn’t even have enough time for lunch, I was technically picking up my passenger. From the time I got it, and the time I got into my vehicle the sandwich was gone. Amazing I can’t wait to eat there again

Picking up a DoorDash order, Drive through took 30 minutes to get through and when I finally get through, they tell me that someone took my order. So I come inside (after waiting in the drive through 30 minutes) and when I do come in they refuse to remake the order, the order that THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE. I believe the manager said “we don’t make money that way” or some stupid bs like that. I’m not sure why anyone would voluntarily eat at an Arby’s, but if for some reason you do, make sure it ain’t here.
